Dr. Kane is very professional and a top-notch optometrist. The entire staff at Eye Consultants is courteous and efficient. The contact lenses that Dr. Kane prescribed fit me perfectly, are very comfortable and have improved my vision tremendously. They always answer my questions until they know I understand and am satisfied with the answer. I know I am in the best care with them. Dr. Kane is a good doc, but her staff is awful. I had an eye exam which was covered under my insurance for once a year. They put in the wrong code and I called blue cross and they told me to call them back and resubmit it. So, i did and Robin was like it's for copays. I knew that was a lie because I never had any copays for any doc. To make a long story short blue cross called and they told them the reason I came was for a medical diagnosis. Which was another LIE!! STAY AWAY....
