2 pair of glasses made in under 25 minutes. Nothing but the best experiences here. Most of us would like a decent relationship with the person helping you pick out glasses that will be honest about how you will be seen for the next 1/2 years. Professionalism and customer service from this entire group has me coming back time after time. Definitely 5 star visits. Thanks to you all! Columbia SC site. This was the easiest experience with getting lenses. I came in with a script and was able to receive my lenses same day. I came in with a budget and they were able to communicate with me effectively and honestly to meet it. I walked out with two pair for a decent price. If I was from around here I would come here once a year! Carlotta is amazing!

I went without glasses and/or contacts for about 20 years. I started wearing glasses in elementary school and then switched to contacts, but my mom never took me back. So, I went without. Then, I became a mom and put myself on the back burner with everything... Anyway, I went and did my eye exam, got my contacts and then got glasses made. I was beyond thrilled to be able to see again. I'm not sure about the prices of contacts, because I didn't shop around though. They were $80 just for one month!! They are okay, I guess on the doctor side. Now, the lady, Annette, on the glasses side is amazing!! I took my youngest daughter as well on the day of my visit. She got glasses. So, the next day we went back and ordered her whatever glasses she wanted (her daddy let her ) and Annette gave me a buy one get one free coupon. I ended up paying like $250 or something for two pairs and they're both VERSACE!!!! I really do like the glasses side. The doctor's side is alright... The doctor seems really strange and not really friendly. Plus, the one lady gets really rude and pissed at me for small things... It's weird. P.S. We went to a South Carolina location...

Amy was great! She provided excellent services with helping me pick out my glasses and she moved very quickly getting things done. My glasses were ready in 10 minutes!

Great place to buy the glass. Lot of brand options for men. For women we needed more standard prescription glass offering most of them were fancy glass. Overall very good shopping experience. They gave me a basic plastic frame and plastic perception lens specs for free along with the purchased hi index specs.

I needed new frames and lenses for my new prescription. The staff at EyeMart were outstanding. From finding frames that fit my face perfectly to navigating the most cost effective options with my insurance to expediting the insertion of the right lenses into my new frames-- everything was fabulous. This experience gave me faith that great customer service is still alive and well in some establishments. This is one of them.

I must say this....Robert at Eyemart was phenomenal. His demeanor is very professional, he is calm, and very soft spoken. He is helpful and gives his honest opinion of how the glasses fit and look. I sincerely appreciated his professionalism. I think he definitely embodies professionalism and great customer service. He deserves recognition and praise from Eyemart leadership for an outstanding job. He did such a great job that my mom and I both got glasses! We appreciate you Robert! Thank you!
