Dr. Brinkley and his staff were amazing. I was able to get an appointment for myself and my daughter at the same time. Dr. Brinkley took the time to get my daughter the best vision he could offer her. He explained her eye condition better than anyone has in the past 15 years of taking her to optometrist and ophthalmologist offices. The staff were friendly and very accommodating for my daughter's special needs.

I never felt rushed or like "just another patient." Instead, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. One thing that stood out was how efficient and organized the entire visit was. From scheduling to check-in, pre-testing, the exam itself, and even choosing my new glasses--it was seamless. Their optical selection was stylish and surprisingly affordable, and the staff helped me find frames that I absolutely love. I've already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I won't be going anywhere else for my eye care. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. When I visited Dr. Lani Siddique for the vision exam required for an out-of-state driver's license, she tested my peripheral vision and told me I passed. However, on the official form she carelessly wrote the opposite (which was inaccurate)--that I had almost no peripheral vision. Because of this serious mistake, my driver's license application was denied after two weeks, leaving me with no license still and forcing me to repeat the entire process. It was clear the directions for completing the form were provided, but she disregarded them and seemed rushed. If she cannot accurately complete something as straightforward as a state form, it raises serious concerns about how she may handle more complex or critical aspects of patient care. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately that standard was not met in my visit.

This is one of THE BEST eye care centers in all of Richland, Lexington, and all surrounding areas!! Dr. Brinkley and his awesome team were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. They assisted and answered all of our questions and he gave us accurate and very helpful information about our eyes and results. Thank you, Dr. Brinkley, you and your staff are the absolute best hands down!

This is my 2nd year coming to Focus Eye Center. I've been seen by Dr. Eric Brinkley who is amazing. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. He is the most informative eye Dr. and just has a really nice and kind disposition. He shared with me some options to help my dry eyes. The ladies in there that help you with picking up your glasses are really nice. They are all very helpful. I definitely would recommend this eye Dr.

The best eye exam / contact fitting appointment I've had in many many years. The office was clean, efficient & so comfortable. Dr Brinkley was attentive & took every comment & concern I had & answered them thoroughly. I walked out of there seeing better than ever, and have had zero eye strain / irritation because my Rx was finally perfect! Thank you for everything.
