Dr. Loftis provided me his cell number in case I felt uncomfortable or had questions that evening. Never experienced that before. I was a first-time drop-in client (living in Aiken, SC) looking for interesting, smaller-sized frames. EVERYONE in this unique "boutique" was terrific in every way -- welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient, professional. Even giving me extra quarters for the parking meter! The frames choices were extraordinary and different from the chain eye stores. After an unscheduled (and unexpected) mini-eye exam, I ended up buying two pairs of FABULOUS glasses. I recommend Eye on Gervais to anyone wanting a wonderful eye experience. The 60 mile drive from Aiken to Columbia was worth every minute! And.... I'll be repeating the trip to pick up my new glasses.... not a problem!!
