Dr. Was excellent. She was very informative. Dr. Denise. She was kind. Measured both set of glasses to get accurate measurement for my daughter. She explained and made sure we knew of future plans and what expectations are. Front desk is amazing, we were helped by a very kind lady, she even suggested better sizing glasses for my daughter. Awesome awesome store.

Everyone working was so friendly, personable, and helpful. I had the best experience with them. They have gained a life long customer with me!

I was able to easily make my appointment online. I went in for an eye exam, and I had a great experience. The staff was polite, attentive, and timely. All my questions were answered well. The facility was clean and organized, and there was a nice selection of frames available. The mirrors were spotless, so I had a great time choosing from the different frames. I would say the pricing is fair and competitive. I genuinely would recommend this establishment to others. 5/5 stars.

The service here was excellent! Todd was amazing and helped me get comfortable, found out we root for the same nfl team! Leslie was awesome with her fitting and glasses expertise!

I honestly wish I had the ability to give zero stars. My appointment was at 2:30 virtually. Once I got there, I was told that the system was down and they were trying to get it back online. The system went on an off-line for about two hours. During which time the staff provided me with minimal communication about what was happening. In fact, they all sit up front and enjoyed riveting conversation about various childhood things and what they plan to do for the weekend. This honestly was the worst Lensecrafter experience I've ever had. Customer service appear to be at an all time low on this particular day. Instead of informing me that it looked like the system was down for good and offering me an appointment the staff decided to talk to one another. I even had to knock on the door to communicate with the tech to ask questions about what was happening. I absolutely will not be returning to LensCrafters, especially while they do not have a doctor on site.

Kimberly was super knowledgeable and kind and I really appreciated her. She took her time and helped me decide on the perfect pair of glasses. Todd was super friendly and kind and made my eye exam a smooth process . Todd and Kimberly truly deserve a raise!! You can see how much they contribute daily and how hard they work, and it made my experience at LensCrafters amazing and this is the reason I always come back for the experience and for people like Todd and Kimberly. Please give them like a $20 dollar raise or a paid vacation. Show them you truly appreciate having such amazing workers in the LensCrafters family .

Everyone was extremely professional. I love the advanced technology and the telehealth visit with Dr. Francesca Pinho. She was super sweet and patient. I didn't feel rushed. She addressed all my questions. I will be recommending my colleagues and friends to LensCrafters. Kudos to the entire staff.

I was so pleased with the entire experience...from the greeting and especially the exam. The Dr. was informative as well as thorough. I was anxious about the appointment. However, I recieved good news about my eyes. A super experience and I look forward to getting my glasses and future exams. Keep up the excellent work. Bernetta Cooper
