In office staff are not it. There is no way to sugar coat this. I would fire them all and I do mean all of them. Quite rude out of the gate. Don't confuse them however with the beautiful people at the call center. Those folks were more than kind. I was able to distinguish the difference right away. I appreciate the repair by the Dr. who was nice enough, I guess. The assembly line structure of 30+ people ahead of me with a 3-hour wait for a 10 minute appointment and a 4 hour total experience is trash. Calling folks by their last name with no title is for the streets and that is the care received. There was one young lady (with braids), I stand corrected, that was my intake and she was an absolute doll and professional and that is where that level of service ended. Pterodactyl wings eyelashes on the other hand and her scanning partner were well let's just say, um, well, let's not, simply, no home training. Not fit for dealing with the public for sure. I asked my doctor on Thursday: How could she refer me to these people when she and her partners are amazing and office staff are atop their game? I let her slide because again, the doctor who performed my procedure was really good and nice (which is really the most important piece). The office experience however was downright unacceptable and simply inexcusable. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to my dog if I wanted him comfortable, cared for, or treated like a vulnerable human worried about their vision. Owners of this practice, while I realize that you all are understandably in the business to make money please be advised that it felt like a drive thru service of frustrated workers with not a care in the world and definitely not care for your patients. Clean house and move the office manager's office out of the surgery room (unsanitary and why is she placing the gel on something that has to go in my eye)? Would not recommend this place to my opp. Do better!

My husband was referred to this facility in 2024 after having a stroke behind his left eye. At this time Dr. Hypes said there was nothing he could do for that eye but he had wet AMD in his right eye. He said he needed to start injections for this condition he then gave him the injection. He never explained the risk of this injection. The next day my husband covered his right eye and told me something is wrong. I called the facility and they told me to bring him in the next day, we did go but Dr. Hype was not there Two other doctors checked his eye and explained that a membrane was torn They did not tell us the severity of this. Dr. Hype never called or contacted us. My husband is completely blind in the eye that he injected. I have not posted this before now because we aren't the kind of people to trash health care workers. I just think everyone should know the risk and ask questions. You cannot be to careful with your sight.

Initial appointment was comprehensive and thorough. The doctor took his time to explain condition and utilized images to show it's progress. Explained the medication and how it works and plan for treatment. All of the staff were very kind.

Do not come here. I was referred here by my optometrist. My appointment was at 12:45 and it is now after 2:45 and I have not been seen by the doctor yet. They called me back for 2 different eye scans when I first arrived and then left me waiting for over an hour and a half. The staff is a very unprofessional and told me they have other patients with emergencies that have to be worked in so I have to continue to wait. It is now 2:47 and that's the last thing I've been told. DO NOT COME HERE! I've waisted 2 hours of my day off

Spoke to administration this am, she was very short and rude. Spoke to her supervisor as well and she was rude. My father has been a patient of Dr. Wells for years as well as Dr. Wells dads patient. If you don't like your job get another one. I am going to file a former complaint as well as speak to Wells. My dad is 82 years young and they were rude and did not bother to be helpful. We are very disappointed in their telephone service and attitude.

The staff is not friendly. You ask questions they act like you're bothering them. The doctor tell you one thing do another. You can't get the prescriptions when you come in. It takes weeks and weeks to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy and sometimes you don't even get it at all. You will lose your eyesight with this company. I wouldn't recommend my dog to be seen here.

NICU parents be prepared. Dr Clark does rounds at the NICU in the mornings so when making an 8 AM appointment only ensures you won't be seen until 9:20 at least. On our 4th visit and each and every visit it take at least an hour and a half to be seen for our 5 second appointment. Bring whatever you need to entertain your newborn for hours.

I have had a much better experience than some others. The staff was nice, the physician did a great job, and follow up visits have been great. I have been to 3 locations and am happy with all
