Maggie is an absolutely wonderful woman to deal with. She always has a smile on her face, returns phone calls very quickly, is very patient (with myself making multiple phone calls), very knowledgeable about eyewear and has great taste in letting you know what looks good or bad on you. 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness.

We recently discovered that our middle child needs glasses. But after calling around to just about every glasses store I could think of, NONE of them took her insurance! I was about ready to throw my hands up when another parent recommended this optical shop to me! I called with low hopes, but Ms. Caroline was FANTASTIC! Not only did she assure me that they do in fact take my daughter's insurance, but she was able to help as soon as we got there AND took extra care to make sure that my baby girl (who came in extremely nervous and worried that glasses would make her "look weird" and get picked on) found a pair of frames that fit her personality perfectly and that made her excited to start wearing them and showing them off!

The absolute worst experience. Found out after 2 yrs of paying out of pocket for our glasses (bc they said they didnt take our vision insurance) that they actually DID take it and were in network with them the entire time. They ordered me a set of glasses and told me they would apply a credit to use for the screw up and then the day they came in they told me no I would need to pay $350 for them and that they would not be helping me with submitting the claims for my previous out of pocket purchases. The billing woman would not return my calls and they rarely pick up the phone you have to leave them voicemails which they dont return for days. They have cost my family thousands in unnecessary out of pocket expenses and I have already filed a complaint with my insurance company and will also be contacting the better business bureau so others dont get scammed as well.

I called for a routine eye exam. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and then the first available appointment was over two months out. I plan to go back to Walmart.
