I am over-the-moon thrilled with the outcome of my cataract surgery. What made the experience so amazing was the care and consideration shown to me by Dr. Huff and the entire staff at The Eye Center. Everyone I have encountered is pleasant, caring and knowledgeable. While I would recommend this practice unconditionally, be aware that every time you go to the office, you're in for quite a long wait in a succession of waiting rooms. I am not saying this to dissuade you from going to The Eye Center. But instead to let you know that you need to bring your patience and something to keep yourself busy while you wait.

Dr Huff did my surgeries 11/25/24 & 12/09. I am in choir at our church and have not been able to read the monitor at the back of the church nor could I see people in the congregation clearly for over a year. After my first surgery I could finally see the monitor clearly and actually recognize people in the congregation! It was a wonderful feeling and that was with only the first eye surgery complete. I just had the other eye done yesterday and now I can see distance and up close clearly with no glasses, contacts or readers. I recommend Dr Huff at The Eye Center if you need cataracts removed. I had great results!!

I had a very informative experience with Dr. Huff. He explained the different types of cataract surgery to me and assured me that he is very experienced in the procedure. I have now completed both eyes with new lenses. I can see perfect without glasses. Dr Huff has a way to make you feel very important to him. He has a down to earth personality.Wonderful experience.

Dr. Huff was awesome. I had both eyes done for cataracts with the upgraded lens so I can see close and distance. The results are phenomenal. With one eye complete I could function without any glasses or contacts both near and far. I am one day removed from having my 2nd eye done and it's even better. I highly recommend Dr. Huff as my research showed he was the best in SC. I can't imagine anyone being more professional.

Five starts because it's the most they will allow. My experience was truly a blessing. Dr. Huff was heaven sent. I mean that literally. I had cataract surgery and no longer required glasses, but the blessing was having him as my doctor. Love his spirit. So kind and humble. The employees are wonderful, and the office runs efficiently with great consideration for their patients. If you are in need of an ophthalmologist, it would be a disservice to yourself not to visit.

Dr Brian Huff has the G-d given talent of a master artist as his immensely talented hands are able to delicately and accurately sculpt away your cataracts and insert a new lens in your eye. I have had very poor vision that grew worse as I aged, wearing glasses for 65 years, since age 6. When I had my eyes examined for new glasses needed to renew my driver's license, I was surprised to find out I had cataracts. I was referred to Dr Huff by my primary care physician of many years, and immediately scheduled an appointment with him. Although it took several months to obtain an appointment, the wait was worth it! The appointment was extremely thorough, and I was given a multitude of tests before seeing Dr Huff. Staff doing the testing were professional and personable. Dr Huff was very straightforward, and I felt immediately confident in his explanation of the best procedure to remove my cataracts and obtain the optimum results for improving my vision. There was no doubt he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is very professional and friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and was very thorough in his explanations. His concern was to ensure I got the best outcome possible. I scheduled my surgery that day. When surgery day arrived, I was a bit anxious, but my fears were soon put to rest by the caring, friendly, and professional staff, as well as Dr Huff. There was definitely no shortage of staff taking care of me. After the pre-op preparations, I was wheeled into surgery and Dr Huff started working his magic. Before I knew it, the cataract was removed, and my new lens put in place. It was fast, easy, and totally painless. And when I left, I could already see perfectly out of my left eye! It was amazing! I couldn't wait to have my right eye done! Two weeks later, the same procedure was repeated, again with the same results. Upon return to Dr Huff's office for follow-up, I had 20/20 vision in both eyes. I am elated! Colors are unexpectedly brighter, and I can once again drive at night, which I hadn't done for several years. You do have to put drops in your eyes for a month afterwards. There was nothing negative about the entire experience. If I could give a 100 Star rating, I would. I was very well cared for by Dr Huff, The Eye Center staff, and The Surgery Center staff. Put yourself in Dr Huff's capable hands if you want a life-changing and enhancing experience like I had. I no longer need to wear glasses, except readers to make reading easier, but I can actually read without them. I'm very grateful I was cared for by such an exceptional doctor. I've already referred several friends to him. I highly recommend Dr Brian Huff, as well as his support staff.

Doctor Brian Huff of The Eye Center performed cataract surgery on both my eyes placing Clareon panOptix lenses and iStent systems for glaucoma. The surgery was very successful and restored my vision back to perfection. I am very grateful to him and his staff and I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery as he has exceptional training and experience.

My family & I have been blessed to have Dr. R. Brian Huff to do cataract surgery on us. My husband had both of his eyes in 2016 & he still til this day see great without glasses! I just had my right eye surgery & I see 20/20 and excited about getting my left eye done next. I just can't believe how clear things look, AWESOME!! Dr. Huff & his staff is very thorough & patient!
