Sansbury Eye Center

The front desk staff very nice and eye doctor very nice and knowledgeable. But the guy who helps with glasses horrible. The front office staff told the guy I wanted to look at some glasses he asked is she ready to buy. Umm first I got to be able to look at them don't you think. He came over after a while and he showed me 3 pairs of glasses and then he walked off and told the other guy keep a watch on her. I could be wrong or he could have been talking about something else but doubt it. But I stood there like this dude walked off didn't come back to assist me so I sat down to wait on my daughter. He is very unprofessional and lazy. Even an older black woman sat down and another guy asked are you here to look at glasses and she was like I hope that's the reason why I'm sitting here. I watched how they interacted with white customers and it was different. But Their glasses selection is super small. And I don't want to pour money in a business who don't show great customer service and wanting to assist all customers. Their glasses selection is very small and So my daughter and I are going somewhere else to purchase glasses. Don't waste your time here getting glasses they have nothing. Lastly they were so behind with appointments. It was over 20 minutes passed appointment time before my daughter was called back. I think we will look for another eye place.

In the past, I used to get my eye exams at one of the other Sansbury locations, however, after my family and I received such impeccable service from Que for contacts, we moved to this location. The one-on-one positive customer care and attention to detail reigns as the best treatment I've ever received at an optometrist's office. Just recently, I ran out of my contacts, and Que provided a sample for me while I waited for the contacts to arrive. A few days later, Que called to let me know my contacts arrived and treated me as if we were old friends. Also, when my daughter needed extra contacts shipped to her college address, Que ensured me it wouldn't be a problem to ship the contacts and made sure my daughter received her contacts. She even called me to follow-up to see if my daughter received the contacts. Que has an infectious personality and makes you feel like family. When Que asks about your day or educates you about your contacts, she genuinely shows that she cares about you as a customer. Sansbury is extremely fortunate to have Que on their team!

I've been going to Sansbury Eye Center for years. All of the providers are nice. We don't normally get our eyewear there due to style and cost. But otherwise, excellent service.

The customer service has really declined. The run around I've gotten over the last week about contacts is crazy! But.....They need to copy and paste TROY! He literally just saved me as a customer. I literally only went by the store today to get my prescription and cancel my appointment. And because of Troy my issue was resolved in 10 minutes!!! Troy gets 5 stars!!!

Their optometrists are great, experienced, and knowledgeable. However, beware if you're going to buy eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contacts from them. I always go there for my exams, but buy items elsewhere with my printed prescription. My eyeglasses were incredibly expensive from them. So this time, for contact lenses, almost everyone other place i checked had them for 1/2 the price, made by the same manufacturer. I will NEVER buy eyeglasses or contacts from Sansbury. It's a shame they don't have more competitive prices as they'd prob get customers to buy from them.

I'm now part of the glasses wearing family. Sansbury Eye Center rendered great customer service and helped me pick out a pair of glasses.

Can I just give a massive shoutout to this store? Que is an incredible clinic manager who always helps people out. Neta works tirelessly to provide thorough customer service. Margaret at the front desk is always kind and friendly. Dr. Kane is the kindest doctor I have had an eye exam with. Susan answers any and all insurance questions without missing a beat. This store has been affectionately called "The Chick-fil-A of eyes" and for good reason. It is all thanks to the wonderful people of Sansbury Eye Center. You are in good hands with these people.

Sansbury Eye Center has always been an excellent center to receive eye care. The entire staff is wonderful, but today's visit was exceptional. Neta my eye clinician was kind, caring, and made sure all my information and order was accurate. Que, who was the another eye clinical, and also assisted in my care was comical, efficient, knowledgeable, and just a pure joy. Both made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Jennifer Kane was an absolute pleasure to be with. She is extremely pleasant, professional and made sure all my questions were answered. Love this office and I highly recommend this office as your permanent place for eye care.
