Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt listened to and never rushed. The office was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling confident about my eye health and happy to have found a place I can trust. Highly recommend!

Had my first eye appointment today with Dr. Cartledge and she was amazing. Her staff were welcoming and the appointment was quick! I had a full eye exam that took less than 20 minutes. Dr. Cartledge is definitely my new optometrist and I highly recommend making an appointment with her!

Dr. Cartledge is great. However, the staff is terrible. I don't know what guy we spoke with on the phone today, but he was very rude when asking for clarification about contacts telling us "we already went over that" instead of clarifying information we didn't understand.

My daughters needed an eye exam and this would have been their first one outside of what their pediatrician conducts on their well visits. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the rapport Dr. Cartledge built with my girls. She made them feel extremely comfortable especially with it being their first time at an eye doctor. We will continue to support this business and will recommend it to our friends and family. Great experience! The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The doctor was very nice and informative. Picking out my frame and discussing the cost was also a very good experience. Would highly recommend this facility!

Most of my experiences with eye doctors has been sub par. The last pair of glasses I had constantly gave me a headache and just didn't fit right, and the glasses I wore before that were similar. My girlfriend suggested vista vision and I couldn't be happier. I got a pair of designer frames with transitions for under 100 dollars on my copay, the staff was kind and efficient and best of all I don't feel remotely uncomfortable wearing the glasses. I partly wonder if before I was over prescribed in the past but regardless this was a great experience.

Dr. C is the best. She always explains what is going on with your eyes. She is also very patient. I love this practice.

Dr. Kendria Cartledge is great. However, the optician has no bedside manners and the front desk staff are incompetent. High turnover at front desk, since Dr. Clarkson retired.
