Came by to get my glasses adjusted and the woman with the fake lashes told me I need to come back tomorrow because she was helping someone with a purchase. Pretty unprofessional and not considering if other people's time. I bought my glasses in Texas at a Walmart vision and it is day and night.

Absolute worst experience! Receptionist is not knowledgeable, rude, and is not helpful in the least. Doctor was fine. Overall terrible experience. Go somewhere else if you can.

I have literally been going here for years. Today I had an appointment at 3:00pm , I walked out at 3:59 and had not been called or even told we are backed up, nothing!! The lack of professionalism and care for your customers is beyond frustrating and unacceptable The receptionist was pleasant but offered an excuse of we only have two doctors.. Ok manage your appointments better or someone have the decency to say something to the 20 plus people waiting! Never again The Dr.office Side not the vision side
