My husband and I made appointments. We arrived early, completed the paperwork and discovered they did not take his insurance. He cancelled his appointment. 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, I asked if it would be much longer, and the receptionist told me she cancelled me but didn't bother to say anything. I did not cancel the appointment. I don't know how long she would have let me sit and wait. She offered to put me back in line but said the doctor was now running behind. I'm not sure how you can be behind after canceling two appointments, but there it is. I'll be finding another optometrist

I had my eye exam with them last week. I felt like I was talking to a car salesman, or woman for that matter. The exam was ridiculous. I I was in and out of the actual exam room within five minutes. This was the worst exam I have ever had. I absolutely do not recommend her. The exam was done by Solita Bergelt optometric. Please think twice before you are going to get your eye exam completed by her. I should've known better because the place was already very unclean and did not look professional at all

Wade was phenomenal. My in-laws are visiting from out of town and Wade went above and beyond to help us when his glasses broke. He coordinated care between another Walmart optical half way across the country to help us. What great service!
