From the minute you walk in the door and go to the reception desk you are greeted with a smile. Each staff member is knowledgeable and most courteous. This happens with each and every visit. This treatment is the result of strong office management and outstanding doctors that expect the best from their staff. Dr. Prinzi is outstanding. You will never find a better retina specialist. Be patient people, I hear you complain about wait times. Remember, we are dealing with our eyesight here! People are getting eye injections and staff must move us through different testing. Bring a book, a game on your phone and be thankful you came to this office to protect your vision. Hats off to Dr. Prinzi and a most incredible staff.

I just had my post op check-up with Dr. Marchase. He's an amazing doctor and is incredibly skilled in treating people and their eye issues. His entire staff is amazing as well. If you're looking for a GREAT eye care specialist he's definitely the BEST! I don't usually post reviews but when you experience this level of professionalism, skill and service you have to share it.

Both my mom and I are patients of Dr. Jimenez at the South Carolina Retina Institute. We visit the office in Myrtle Beach, and after the care my mother received there today, we felt the need to write this review. My mom is overcoming two surgeries, and her mobility was limited today. The staff helped her in and out of the chairs, treated her with care, and were very patient with her. This is the atmosphere we experience each time we are there. Caring, friendly staff who treat you as individuals and not just a pair of eyes to be seen. When we approach the desk the receptionist calls me by name before I ever share who I am. The kindness and care is evident in all the staff, and I cannot say enough good things. Today was a rough day for my mom. This was her first time out after recovering from surgery, and the staff's kindness and the fact they all went the extra mile to help her brought tears to my eyes. I was a patient at another practice in another part of the state, but after meeting the staff here and seeing the care Dr. Jimenez shows his patients I switched. The SC Retina Institute is truly extraordinary. We are blessed to have them in our area.

My family member had a medical emergency and was traveling from out of state and the doctor and this office team went above and beyond to make sure my family member was as comfortable as possible. A HUGE thank you to Kat- she is absolutely incredible and made sure to keep an eye on my family member (who was not in good shape) and me! Also, a big thank you to Marley for getting us connected to a specialist so quickly and getting us out the door. Thank you so much for all of your help - everyone there was so kind. I would highly recommend this office if you find yourself needing any of their services.

I have received excellent care at the Retina Institute. The staff and the doctors (specifically Dr Jimenez) are always so kind. I was extremely anxious the first day I walked through the doors and left knowing I was in good hands. I was never afraid after that. What ever the future may hold for my eyes I know I will have the best treatment available through this office. And for those of you who may have to wait? It's worth every minute because someone else is getting the care you may need someday. Bring a book!

My grandmother is a patient of Dr. Say's and his nurse Hailey is a great assistant to him. Hailey is very pleasent with the patients and takes care of them very well. Dr. Say is such a patient doctor that made sure my grandmother understood what is going on and what will happen if she stops. They are both always smiling and friendly when we see them.

A two hour wait is ridiculous. Elderly patients shouldn't have to wait this long to see a Dr. Changes need to be made

I have had retinal shots for ten years. I moved from CT 4 years ago and have used sc retinal for 3years. This practice is amazing. So polite and personable.prompt and on time. They make a difficult procedure stress free.
