America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Management is phenomenal and the girls working there are great. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. We love this location and will continue to use them. Great deals, great selection on glasses, if you do not have insurance all add one for glasses are very reasonable. Very much self pay friendly.

From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness. The girl who sits up front was so friendly and knew exactly what to do. We then went to a second waiting area. It took no time to be seen by a tech. She was very professional with the testing and equipment. You then move on to see the doctor. Dr. Perkins was kind and took time to answer all my questions. Once I was done with the doctor the transition to Paul was seamless. Keep in mind this is my first experience with America Best. I used to go to Jervey Eye. Paul was very knowledgeable in helping with insurance and pricing. You can't beat the prices. We paid half of what we would have paid at our other provider. And bonus they were out of network with my insurance....still cheaper. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had made an appointment letting them know the afternoon was the best time for me. I don't know where the miscommunication or misunderstanding came from but as far as I knew my appointment was at 2:40. My husband called me and told me he looked in my email and said my appointment was at 10:00 a.m. big miscommunication. So my husband called and told them about this. I told him to let me know to go ahead and come up there. 5 minutes after he called I showed up, and the older receptionist was a very rude. She proceeded to tell me that she hadn't received any call and that they were fully booked. I told her my husband only called 5 minutes ago she gave me a very dirty look and told me they were booked. I told her then why did you tell my husband for me to go ahead and come in. I've been to many of the America's Best locations in the upstate but never have I felt so disrespected. I will never go here again, taking my business elsewhere..SMH

My daughter was on vacation in Easley from texas and had great service and experience while getting her glasses. Paul helped her with her glasses and she is satisfied and they made her feel comfortable which is really important to me. Thank you for your friendly service!

This was my first time at America's Best in Easley SC and I was delightfully surprised! Customer service seems to be a thing in the past but not at this place Everyone in this store showed such interest in helping me get a great exam, finding the right prescription for my eyes, finding glasses that looked nice on my face and making sure I got the best deal. Thank you Janice , the technician I saw first, for making me feel at home

I had a terrible experience with this store! I am so upset. I went in for an eye exam & glasses on 2/3/26. I am still waiting on my glasses it is now 3/9/2026. 6 weeks later. I never got a text when they did have them in. I had to call on the 3rd week of waiting. I went up there to get them & they were sun glasses instead of regular glasses. The young black girl laughed at the situation & walked away while I was talking. The rudest store ever. I will never ever go back there for glasses. Mind you it was out of my insurance net work & I could've went somewhere else. I also have not gotten a call like I was told I would from the district manager. 6 weeks without glasses now

I highly recommend America's Best In Easley. I lost my glasses and Paul replaced them at no charge. Otherwise I couldn't afford to get new ones. It was very frustrating not being able to see well. Especially while reading. And the receptionist was so kind.

I've been with America's Best for well over 10 years. My husband's doctor recommended him have an eye exam, so we went with this one located in Easley SC. I have also used this location for myself and children. I had a very bad experience a couple of years ago. I spoke to the manager and it was addressed so I continued going. Back to my husband.. he had an exam and ordered his glasses. Even with insurance we paid almost $300 for one pair. They are supposed to be scratch resistant. I know that they can still become slightly scratched, however my husbands are so bad that he can't barely see through them, he has only had them a month, give or take a little bit. I called to inquire about the situation and the older front receptionist made it point to rudely let me know that no glass lens is completely scratch resistant and that the best way to clean them is with DAWN DISH SOAP! Well my husband works, his glasses get dirty while working. No one is going to always have DAWN DISH SOAP on hand or in their pocket to clean their glasses. She then transferred me to Ally, who then proceeded to tell me that we would have to pay $25. The $25 isn't the issue, she says it is for a warranty that we thought we already had and also is you advertise as scratch resistant why should ANYONE have to pay to have them fixed/replaced, not to mention what we paid beyond insurance. I then ask the managers name and if she would be there this weekend as that is when my husband and I plan on going to talk to her. Ally ask me to hold while she looked at her phone to check the schedule. She then came back cackling and told me that the manager would be there. These ladies are beyond unprofessional. This will be the last time my family and I go to any Americas Best. I hope that if you are reading my review you pick elsewhere to go. Even with this review and many of the not so good other reviews I seriously doubt they'll take any action.
