I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this optical center. I really liked the design and look. They came with a scratch resistant coating that became scratched within one week. I returned them and they remade them. It took 2 weeks. I had them 2 weeks and the coating bubbled up and they remade them and within 5 days I could not see through them again because of the same defect. I am trying to return them now. Hours are limited so you have to leave work to do so. I will be seeking a refund and will not return to this store. If I could give them 0 starts I would. Staff is pleasant. That is the only good thing about this place.

I went to this store after a horrible experience at another eye provider. I have to say this optical center went above and beyond! They did their best to accommodate me and my daughter buying 2 pairs of glasses and frames. Definitely give them a try!

Service and product were fine. On 9/20/23 at Sam's Club Optical in Easley, SC I paid $150.19 for frames and lenses and was told by Melissa and Jennifer that my Humana Eye Med insurance had already agreed to pay balance of $145.00. Two months later on November 20, I was invoiced $152 by Sam's Club Corporate billing. The charges on the corporate invoice did NOT match up at all with the store receipt of 9/20/23. Eye Med insurance had only paid a small percentage of a price which I was not informed of on 9/20. I am paying the additional unfair invoice for $152 which I should have been aware of on 9/20. I would have gone elsewhere for my glasses. Now I know why Sam's Club Optical is not BBB accredited. John Haltiwanger

My regular glasses and sunglasses delaminated after the 1 year warranty was up. Staff said they couldn't do anything for me. After talking with another optical center this is a common issue with cheaper lenses that have a coating.
