Eyecare of Florence

My initial visit with the doctor was amazing. However, they do not stand by their product and if you have issues with their products they want to charge you more money to correct them. I went in to get my glasses and could not see. I was instructed to give them time. I gave them a week. I am dizzy and nauseated when wearing them. They are supposed to be giving me my money back. We will see. I also have contacts. I had one slipping around on my eye. I went in and he initially said it was because my eyes were tired and gave me drops but then ended up giving me a new trail lens during that visit. It slips around on my eye. When I asked if we could get Acuvue oasis (what I have had for the past 10 years) I was told I would have to pay a $65 dollar fee for another evaluation. This is all within their 30 day window. I should not have to pay more money when you did not provide the service you advertise. I have always believed in supporting the local man but if this is the way you do business you should be ashamed. You are just trying to squeeze more money out of people. I will take my business to a chain where I expect this type of behavior. Don't waste your time!!!!!!!!!! I don't usually give negative reviews but you need to be aware of what you are dealing with.

Until I found this place a few years ago, I was always uncomfortable going to the eye doctor. Dr. Kollis is so patient and never makes you feel rushed. She actually listens and is always willing to answer questions.

Every one is just super nice! I was looking around for clinics and I've contacted like 3 other places before this one and every one of them told me that it was going to be about three weeks for an appointment and then I stumbled upon this place and I called and they instantly got me an appointment within a couple days. I originally was just going in for glasses but decided to also get contacts I was able to get trial contacts the next day after my first appointment. so the service and all the staff we're all really great. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My coworker recommended this place and I called and Got an appointment in a timely manner (less than 2 weeks). They were able to schedule me in the afternoon which was great for my work schedule. The staff was Helpful and very kind. Did not have to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment. I was able to bring my old frames in and save some money. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful! I went in several years ago with severe migraines/eye strain and ended up needing glasses. The staff was extremely patient, explained everything thoroughly and made the experience a very easy and pleasant one. I went back again yesterday for an eye exam and new glasses and was again, very pleased with my service. Same great staff, was in and out quickly, they let me know in advance their covid procedures, explained clearly what I was paying for and when to expect my glasses to be ready. I had a great time at Eyecare of Florence. The staff are very friendly, chill, and are great at making me feel very comfortable with my eyecare experience. They were very patient and supportive of me in helping me get my contacts in. I would recommend them to anyone needing eyecare. Go to Eyecare of Florence and you won't be disappointed. Also, Dr. Jeff is hilarious and will definitely make all of the scary eye exams a fun experience. He's a nut and I only mean that in the very best of ways.

They do a wonderful job every time. Super pleasant staff are great to deal with, and I like it that they send me a text when my contacts or glasses are ready. Family owned place too

My glasses got damaged while cleaning up after Hurricane Michael. I called and asked if they could order me replacements. I got a text saying my new glasses were in and I can see again. Eyecare of Florence has the BEST customer service in the Florence area.
