Dr. Brooks is amazing! 10/5 stars for her. So amazing. The other staff need a little more training, though. They don't answer the phone much, watch their phones the whole time you're there, and were very confused on how some of the eye test machines worked. Still, I will go as long as Dr. Brooks is there because she's amazing.

The optometrist is professional, courteous and is very skilled. Her staff is questionable. They rarely pick up the phone. They won't inform you when your order comes in, and claim lunch is from 1-2, but really its 1230-2. Despite calling ahead, and/or showing up prior to 1245.
Professionalism is truly lacking. My second time driving 25+ minutes to speak with them only to be told "out to lunch" by EyeMart staff.

Dr. Brooks and staff are amazing! So glad I went there. They were my second stop after getting a very wrong script from another eye doctor. I will go every year and see them. I wish they were my only stop. Don't hesitate. They are great!

This was my first time attepting contacts. DR. Brooks was great through the eye exam.. but y'all, let me tell you about April! I took forever learning how to get contacts in and out. I had mascara everywhere (knowing I should have taken my makeup off prior to my visit). April was a sweetheart. She was extremely patient with me. I'm a nurse and I have to say she did an amazing job with patient teaching. I'm sure if she hadn't been there to help me, I probably would have left pretty flustered. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you April and staff

My sons school said he needed to see an eye doctor so we took him here because of their good reviews. They ended up giving him a pair of glasses that were to small to fit him and when it was brought to their attention they said they could not help me. I'm not an optometrist I know nothing about glasses or how they should fit. These people really need to actually help these kids that are getting glasses for the first time find the right pair that fit them cause now I'm out of pocket for him to receive a new pair because they didn't help him find the right ones during the try on process. Needless to say they will be seeing a new eye doctor and we will not return if you go here please make sure you are receiving the right help when it comes to choosing your childs glasses.
