I don't understand how the door says they are open till 5pm but when I show up to get my contacts at 4:50pm the doors are locked and all the lights are out. Thanks, I have no contacts for vacation.

I posted the above review and got a call at 9:30pm from the owner. I explained the situation and he apologized up and down and asked to make it right. The following day when they were closed, he went up to the store and got my contacts so he could meet me in town before I left for vacation. Harrington definitely cares about its customers and they definitely made it right. I highly recommend them!

Bad business ! The workers here act like they the only ones got jobs. Took a day off work for an appointment only for it to be canceled. Then when I think I'm speaking with one location it's actually the other one. They need to learn also to leave voice messages. Now I'm having to take another day off. I'll definitely be looking to change Eye doctors.

I had an appointment to be evaluated and fitted for glasses and showed up to a closed office. No email, no voicemail,no anything communicating that the office would be closed. Totally unprofessional! Received a call the following day and could not be "squeezed" in for 2-3 weeks. If I owned the place, I would extend hours to accommodate the inconvenienced patients.

The staff are so friendly and professional. The optometrist took her time and answered all my questions. The eye glass team went over my benefits and were extremely helpful and supportive with helping me find the right pair that would meet my needs financially, as well as work for the vision that I needed. When I went back to pick my glasses up, they went over my prescription with me, and with how to wear them, and learn in looking through my progressive tri focal lens's. Told me that if I had any issues with my vision and or fit, to please feel free to come back by to get assistance.
I left feeling confident with everything that took place from start to finish. Oh yes, shout out to the friendly staff at check in. Appreciate you all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduling with these people was a hassle. The lady who scheduled my 5 year old was nasty to me. After waiting a month for the appointment, I get a call saying the insurance wasn't accepted. The lady who scheduled the appointment could have told me right then that the insurance wasn't accepted. I could've found some place else to schedule with and probably a way better experience.
