After my regular national chain optometry provider couldn't accommodate me, I decided to look locally. A quick Google search led me to Eyemart Express. I had no idea this provider was here (located between Spectrum and Shoe Show in the Walmart plaza) as I didn't recall seeing any advertisement. I called at 10:45A and the cheerful voice on the phone told me I would be seen that day if I could be there by 11A, I was there by 10:53A! Once there, Dr. Daniel Goerl was so personable & engaging. I then met with Kristie who was very knowledgeable about how my insurance could help my pocket & it certainly did! Kristie was also extremely helpful with picking out the right frames for me. I arrived at 10:53A and walked out at 12:55P! An added bonus was that 1 pair of eyeglasses was ready within the hour! I am ecstatic that I found Eyemart Express & I HIGHLY recommend their service! I found a good thing & will be keeping it!

I was disappointed by our recent visit to this new location. My mother and I waited for help without a greeting, and once we spoke with 'Misha,' the service was quite impatient and short, she was downright rude. More concerning was the state of her workspace; the desk was cluttered with food and open drink cups, which felt unprofessional for an optical setting. She also struggled significantly with processing our insurance. We ultimately left and went to Walmart instead. It's a shame, as we were excited to support a new local business, but the lack of customer service and cleanliness means we won't be returning.
