Jessica, at the front desk is lovely, knowledgeable, and very helpful!
The system of checking in on my iPhone was a nightmare.
I had to do it over and over again, and I became quite frustrated.
The system is awful, and needs to be changed. Other patients told me they had a similar experience!
I am grateful to Jessica for her assistance in getting it straightened out!
My husband's appointment went well. Dr Hunter was very nice and professional.

I have been going to Carolina Eye Care for maybe 5 years. This was my first visit with Dr . Charnetski. Her assistant, Thomas, was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Charnetski was thorough, knowledgable and extremely patient. They accepted my insurance and I paid a small fee for services not covered. I was given a copy of my prescription I asked for and I look forward to my next visit.

Information was provided to make sure I was making a well educated decision to have the surgery.
