Hobbs Eye Clinic

I have always had a great experience with Hobb's Eye Clinic. It has a nice environment with very friendly staff that know their jobs. I didn't have to wait and my experience with Monica was great when it was time to pick out my glasses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was also nice that I didn't have to wait that long for my glasses to come in. I am very happy with Hobb's Eye Clinic and will be returning.

The past 3 or so years I have been going to Dr. Hobbs' office has been a great experience! Teresa is absolutely AMAZING and on top of her game. She is always nice and willing to go that extra mile to help me with whatever I may need and always comes through!!! Thanks for everything you do Teresa!!!!

Daughter prescription was wrong twice and they used insurance and vs just doing it again they want to bill the insurance again which makes absolutely no scene . On top of this all, we still dont have the glasses. Not recommended

I'm never going back to this place ever again first they rescheduled my apt twice then I had to wait 4 hrs when my apt was at 9:30 first desk say she thought I wasn't coming now I got my exam oct 24 and still haven't got my glasses everytime I call she says they not in it's been 2 months since I haven't had my glasses yet after they where ordered my regular eye dr don't even take this long NEVER DID

Dr. Hobbs was really nice, albeit a bit short in the exam. Appointment was at 10:30 for my wife and myself to both get an exam. My wife ended up leaving due to the extended wait time. I didn't go back for my exam until 12:30. Every person in the waiting room was complaining as the all had to wait over 1.5 to 2 hours after their scheduled time. I was wanting to change to this clinic for my entire family, but after this experience, we will continue commuting to Florence from Lake City.

The optometrist was excellent-very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Make sure you ask as many questions as you need before you leave because they do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Just don't. Every single time you will wait hour past your appointment time. Staff's usually eating instead of getting people out of the door. Waited 2 hours with a kid. When they finally called him back the Dr sent him right back out & said he needed to wake up. After waiting 2 hours. They wanted us to reschedule. Not understanding how this place is still in business.

My ONLY complaint is the WAIT TIME omg it's ridiculous! I work in a doctor's office myself so I know appointments won't be exactly at the time scheduled but the lady before me arrived at 11:00 and left at 2:00. I arrived at 12:10 for my 12:30 appointment left out finally at 3:00pm. Mind you, I had meetings and conferences scheduled so I stepped out to make those meetings cause I thought sure I'll be out the eye dr before 3 hours so I had good timing between my appointment and my conferences, soon as I stepped out to make my call few minutes later someone said they're calling me to the back and the staff said "he's not going to let you have that phone back there" so I hurry to end my call but like I said who would think they will be sitting 3 hours? I mean? This is the only thing they need to work on (add less people to the schedule) to assure your patients are getting in and out in a timely MANNER ! 1 hour and less is fine but 2 & 3 hours is DIABOLICAL . He don't see patients on Friday? So maybe more people are being cluttered on the schedule Monday - Thursday? All reviews are pretty much the same (wait time)
