Waited weeks and had my appointments canceled with less than 2 hours noticed multiple times. Doesn't answer the phone

The front desk staff helped me fix a pair of sunglasses I didn't even buy there at no charge. Really friendly and capable folks, and I'd highly recommend them!

Reception, and Dr was nice. Not a big selection of glasses tho. But I did find one I liked. Update ** Quality of the glasses. Not so great. First pair the side broke with just couple days. 2nd pair. I haven't dropped them or anything kept them in my case when not wearing and there's scratches on one side which I told them to do anti scratch and everything. Paid 270 for them. When there they felt sturdy but now they aren't. Feel like if I look to fast to one side they're going to break.

I have been going to Lake Wylie Eye for a little bit now and let me just say, they have been the best, most helpful, people! I have been having some problems and have jumped around trying to find a doctor that would help me find the right contact fit for me. I came to Lake Wylie Eye expecting the same but as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with warm smiles and staff that helped me right away. The doctor herself was amazing, patient and helped me find the perfect fit. All I can say is that the staff where extremely nice and the doctor was very caring. I will 100% be coming back!

My entire experience with Lake Wylie Eye was great! The office staff was very friendly and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and patient during the exam. They did a great job helping me and my family select glasses and fit my daughter for contacts. We will definitely be return patients.

I am excited to find an optometrist that I feel comfortable with and don't feel like I'm pushed into unnecessary treatment! I have avoided seeing an optometrist for several years, but reached the age where readers are necessary and I felt like regular eye exams were as well. Dr. Clifton and her staff were all wonderful! They were prompt, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor listened to my situation, concerns, and preferences, gave me a thorough eye exam and an honest assessment of my needs. I am happy to have found a doctor I can return to each year for eye care!
