Second time at this office. Both were very pleasant experiences. I was seen exactly at appointment time. There are numerous medical staff members in the treatment area and all are extremely organized and efficient. All the medical technicians were professional providing excellent care. Dr. Kuruvilla was exceptionally welcoming and explained everything very clearly. My concerns were heard and responded to in language easy to understand and prioritized my needs.

My nurse's and the doctor made me feel more comfortable than I could ever explain the procedure lasted less than 7 minutes. I felt absolutely nothing. This clinic is always prompt with their appointments. Dr. Kuruvilla always makes you feel comfortable . He is very friendly and explains his treatment plan so you understand it. I get eye shots and he is very gentle and the shots are painless. I drive 45 miles one way from NC to see Dr. K
