Excellent service, polite staff, thorough testing, affordable under my advantage plan and smart doctor. Very fast checkout. Nice glass frame selection from Johnson to Oakleys. Lense extras cost more i. e. Auto sun tinting lenses, progressive bifocal, blue or green computer eye protecting film; also be prepared with a drivers license and insurance card. Must do the paperwork online then submit your info to them via internet website. Bring Care credit card to do a monthly payment plan or else you'll have to come back or take your script to another provider. All in all I loved this new optometrist. This was my first visit to the eye and laser center. The office itself is modern and very nice and clean. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were attentive, polite, timely and did their jobs well. My appointment was with John Seymour, O.D. He was fabulous. He answered all my questions and more. He answered questions I didn't even know to ask and was a wealth of information. He was thorough and explained in a way that I could understand. As far as time spent, it did take some time for my exam but that's expected for them to do their job. I had hardly any wait time when I walked in, however, I noticed if you're having surgery there is more wait time which is true of any surgery. I am very happy that I chose them for my eye care.

Very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I called late one evening and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Waiting time was very short from arriving and filling out new patient paperwork to actually being seen by the doctor. Not to mention the visit was thorough. I definitely recommend and will return if my issue persists. Positive experience overall.

I am impressed. I just moved here from New York. I am a disabled combat wounded veteran and needed help with my vision. The Columbia SC VA is near two hours away. I am approved to use a Community Care Center by the VA and Dr Seymour at the Laser Center was recommended. So impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the patience that the staff offered while working with me. At my age and with my disability, the staff ensured that I always knew what to do and to expect next. I am so grateful for Dr Seymour's experience with prisms in the lenses and especially his chair side manner.

Excellent experience in all aspects. I drive an hour and half one way. It is well worth the drive. One of the few places left that put the patients needs ahead of the practice. Thanks again for turning what can be a stressful experience into a very pleasant one.
