The doctor is wonderful and very thorough. The office staff is not. I have waited months for my appointment to get new glasses, due to my insurance. I was told by office staff my insurance covers exam and glasses once a year. Now the day before my appointment, Im told by office staff only my eye exam is covered. The lady upfront responded with, "Oh im sorry we can cancel your appointment or you can take your prescription somewhere else I dont know who scheduled you." I won't be returning.

This dude is awesome. I usually go to Stanton Optical but those guy suck. This man took his time, we tried on multiple lenses on to make sure they fit right and I could see properly. Doctor was professional, kind, attentive and cared about my vision. Best experience in a long time.Highly Recommended.

Very positive experience; the receptionist and assistant were both very polite and kind. Both my husband and I didn't have to wait long before seeing Dr. Pratt. He was courteous and professional while conducting the exam and looked like he really enjoys his job which is always a plus. It was an all around good experience. Will definitely make this my optometrist of choice from now on :)

Dr. Pratt has to be one of the kindest human beings I've ever met. It's also very apparent how beyond competent he is in his field, felt so comfortable in his care. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Patient for life right here!

Dr. Bryan - fantastic. Extremely nice, quick to get you in and out, yet still effective. However, the woman who works the desk needs to go. Time now. I hate to leave 2 stars when the doctor himself is wonderful, but they're lucky I am not the type to sue - mostly due to the hassle. The woman up front informed me that they can't charge my vision insurance (which they accept) because of my visual disability. They would have to charge my health insurance. I see a specialist in COLA for my eye disorder, however, they don't do prescriptions for glasses so I must go to a standard eye doctor for a standard exam. To deny of me this because of my disability, the same service they would provide anybody else without a disability, is a violation of civil rights under HIPAA. I called my insurance and they were baffled by this and said this is not the case at all, and I am eligible for one exam per year, regardless of any eye condition. I called a different eye center, and sure enough, said this was not the case at all and scheduled me in.

Dr. Pratt is an amazing doctor. I called in and was able to get an appointment the same day. Him and his staff are very friendly. I have been discouraged in the past with the care at some other eye doctors bc they couldn't get my prescription correct and I would have to have it corrected several times but with Dr. Pratt he took the extra time on my first visit to make sure my prescription was correct and the fit of my contacts were exactly right. I havent worn a contact that was so comfortable and I havent seen so clear in a long time. I will definitely be using him for all my future eye care needs. :)

Dr. Pratt was very personable, friendly and professional. I needed a special pair of glasses to wear while I am wearing contacts, so I could read sheet music. It was a very unusual request. Dr. Pratt gave me a prescription for "music glasses," and now I can read music again! I highly recommend Dr. Pratt.

We (husband and I) have been going to Dr. Pratt for a few years now. He is very thorough and discovered my ARMD. He recommended a retina specialist who is also very good. I would recommend him if you are looking for a good optometrist.
