Dr. Bailey is great! He's easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I highly recommend for an eye exam.

I asked the lady three times if their office can make the glasses they Doctor subscribes. After explaining to her like she was a 6 year old child, she was enlightened and said "yes". However, she sure could record my insurance information very well.

My eye doctors office recently closed, so I called this office to establish it as a new patient today. I don't know who is answering their phones, but It absolutely can not be a receptionist. I had to say "hello?" Because they did not speak after my question. They only gave short one word answers. When I asked about times for 2 different dates, they replied with "1:15". Can we be more specific? I told them to forget it because I absolutely would not go here after that phone call.

My husband has seen Dr. Bailey for over 30 years. We have never had a problem with this office until this year. We took one of our children in for an appointment at rhe end of the school year and she needed new glasses. They were supposed to order the new glasses and they never called me, I called to check on them and they still never called me back. Fast forward to this week. My husband called to get an appointment specifically for Monday because his job is ab hour away so we have to plan this exactly. We get there and the staff informs us the appointment he specifically scheduled for Monday was scheduled for Tuesday.

Dr. Bailey was wonderful with my five year old. He was kind and encouraging; she felt comfortable the entire time. The office staff was very nice too. Our pediatrician referred us here, and I'm so glad he did!

The Doctor was very nice and professional. I was told it would take 5 to 10 business days to receive my two pair of ordered glasses.However, upon calling twice on business day 7 and 8 as to when my two pair of glasses would be in, I could not get a return call with this information. I realized it was not day 10 but I just wanted information. After being assured I would get a call and did not I can only assume my business is not important to this establishment. I will be going elsewhere.

The Doctors are great, it's their staff, what a way to ruin his business down, nothing but issues with them in the last 3 year, I will not be back... Tip-get new associates who know what they're doing and act professional..

Dr. Bailey was amazing with my 5 year old daughter yesterday. And the staff were all very friendly. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. We found out she will need glasses and I don't doubt for one bit that she isn't getting the best care for her eyes! She left excited to get her new glasses and as a mom that makes me happy. Thank you Dr. Bailey.
