Can't say how impressed I was with the service and overall experience. I went Saturday morning for a general exam and was done within an hour. This included a virtual exam with the doctor, contacts fitting, and picking new glasses. The store employees were all extremely helpful and communicative (Marcel was great finding the perfect frames and finding the best financial options with insurance, Brooke was helpful determining my insurance and providing the DMV forum request, my technician was very quick and professional).

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. The staff was friendly, patient, and really knew what they were doing. The eye exam was quick and easy, and they made sure I understood everything along the way. They helped me pick the right frames without rushing me, and the prices were very reasonable. I left feeling taken care of and confident in my choice. Definitely recommending this location to friends and family.

I came here in bad need of new glasses and prescription. I was optimistic about it at first, but as things progressed, I became unsure. However, I did go ahead with the appointment and bought glasses, one pair, and it was nearly $500! It's been a few months since I got them and I was not sure if I should leave a bad review, but geez! The lenses are nothing special, although I do require bifocals, and the frames are the cheapest they have. I had no choice but to get these because of the high cost. But I'll tell you all this; these glasses are about the same quality as readers you buy at Walmart for $10. I'm not kidding you! I feel so ripped off here and I didn't even get the transition lenses that I wanted. Make it make sense that these glasses *pic posted* should cost that much. I want to add to this review that shortly after getting these, they broke. The plastic rim just broke. I was able to take them back because it was within the timeframe to get another pair. They just grabbed another set of frames and popped the lenses right in. I went on my merry way. Months later, after the 90 day warranty was up, they broke again! In the same place! Such junk! Absolute trash quality!

Marcelle is amazing. She is so sweet. Super helpful and patient ! Every time I visit for a new pair glasses, an eye exam, or issues with glasses she's always happy to help. Come see her. 10 out of 10 highly recommend !!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Stanton Optical location. The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Special thanks to Leigh-Ann and Brooke -- they were both incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. You can tell this location is managed very well, and it shows in the excellent service and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

I won't be going back to this place, how can you really do an eye exam if you aren't there. Never heard of an eye doctor that works remotely, then I picked up my glasses this morning and from past experience they normally sit you down and make sure things are OK, but she kept me at the counter where people walk in at....I don't even think my prescription is correct either...I will find a different eye doctor to go to...

I had a great experience at the Lexington location. The staff had been knowledgeable and friendly. Marcelle was very helpful with picking my frame and made this visit very nice!

I had a great experience. Was an Americas best patient because of affordable exam. This place was very affordable and I got a same day appointment on a Saturday!! If your uncomfortable with an exam where doctor part is virtual I found it to be just as good as in person. All other staff was super helpful and low pressure! Thanks.
