My mom and I have recently been trying to find a new eye doctor that's more affordable. I called this facility and the office manager Mrs. Ashley Singletary answered the phone. Not only was she able to get an appointment for my mother and me, she was so pleasant and helpful on the phone! Mrs. Ashley was able to answer every question I had, and she had such a positive attitude the entire conversation. Mrs. Ashley is a great asset to this team and cares about her job. Impossible to make appointments..cant just call loris easily and make my routine annual eye exam. I love dr. RAY and would like to see him but the text doesn't respond and the call center won't transfer to my clinic in loris. ..horrible experience..if dr. Ray sees this..id love to come in for my annual..
