This is the worst eye doctors office I've been to I will never go back first they wasbao rude to my son he is a young man just starting in life and they were trying to affect his credit by sending a false Bill to collection when we came and waited at the window the first assistant tried to help she was confused about why they didn't pay the bill or why it was sent to collection she was supposed to send it email it to the collection company and she was confused about what happened when we started to ask more questions about the billing she in turn sets somebody else out to talk down to my son in which case I was upset at this point I had to go outside to get some fresh air and came back the next day I have to realizing that what they did was they put in a false and clear insurance claim and so that he wouldn't know about it they sent it to collection to ruin his credit he's only 22 years old just starting out in life and here they are with bad credit for 7 years never even had a chance to use it. Wow online I could overhear another customer complaining about their Medicaid and that they would not pay for the glasses I asked to speak to a doctor Tracy Ray never saw her was told that she would get a manager the lady at the front desk never came back and so I'm here to file a complaint I spoke to a Karen Yarbrough Carolinas centers for sight she said after speaking to her she would do some investigations and get back to me not sure how that's going to work out it seems like the whole business is corrupt but I'm still willing to give her a chance I do want to however complain about the two front desk nurses who lied to me saying that they would get a manager or somebody to look into the case and they did not I called Senator ranking in my area his secretary said that I was supposed to get a paper from the front desk to file a formal complaint and which they told me there is no paper that they could give me and so I called Karen Yarbrough from Carolina centers for site and what she said she would do an investigation so I'm waiting for her to get back to me at this point I definitely want to give a half a star to each one of those nurses who felt like it was appropriate to talk down to my son just because he was a younger man and even though we had the correct paperwork and at first they was confused about what was going on they still took the side of the company and so I'm saying to please avoid this business because they are apparently double billing insurance companies as a scam if you're not paying attention they will send it off to collections so that it harms your credit score behind your back we never even got a bill from them for the second visit until it was already in collections in which case you know you can't take it off 7 years you got to wait thank you for your time I'm going to the Better Business Bureau right now to leave another half a star or one star on this business

Very easy staff, doctor and glasses picking. Was in and out on an hour and that was with picking out glasses and choosing anti glare and transition. Have an appt for my 5 year old in two weeks and will review that experience as well.

I was sent to Loris Eye Associates by community care through the VA. Exam was fine but they refused to send in a prescription to the VA. I had to fax it myself. Billing never answered my calls to straighten the billing to the VA. I had,to provide the information myself and they still got billing wrong. Just got another bill over two years later. Now more phone calls and time wasted to straighten out their errors.

Been trying for weeks to get a copy of my daughter's eye script. Supposed to mail it, got nothing, then Amber said she would email it and nothing. Almost a month since we picked up her glasses. Still no script. I know I am entitled to it. This is nuts! Poorly run office.

I will NEVER do business here again. I've gone weeks without a call back - when I finally do get someone on the phone, I find out that my daughter is just beyond her yearly visit - and I have to start over with a new doctor visit and everything. I ain't got the money for all this - I am a single mom with NO GOVERNMENT BENEFITS !! And they are they are totally rude. When I do get paid and take her for a doctors visit - it sure as heck will NOT BE THERE !

Very rude staff. Tryed to call and make an appointment the ladie was rude and even hung up on me while I was trying write down the appointment dates. Very dissatisfied.

If you make an appointment at this eye doctor, make sure you bring a lunch they're slow as heck,,, I guess they must be charging the insurance company by the hour. ...ps They should put small beds in the waiting area for people can go to sleep for three or four hours while they're waiting,,, let me start by saying I drive patients to all types of. Doctors Hospitals Eye Doctors. This is th worst experience I have ever had. Going on 3 . 5. Hours. And still waiting.
