Due to unfortunate circumstances, I saw a new doctor for my yearly visit. She was excellent--she took my health seriously and explained everything she did, which helped me learn a lot about my eye health.
My regular doc said in an introductory email that her patients would be taking care of; she was absolutely correct.
Great practice and all aspects of the sign in, initial tests, doctor time, and of course check were extremely organized and quick.

Dr. Hoff was great with our 4yo daughter. We had no idea that she needed glasses. Also, an eye appt for a 4yo is difficult bc she has so much energy. Dr. Hoff was great with her, and she called the next day to ask if I had any questions.

Bow to the greatest of Dr. Click. And many thanks to her very patient staff. I arrived with an impossible vision problem that five doctors across the country had not been able to solve. It took three tries, three months and a lot of patience on everyone's part, but now I can see!
This Dr. Click is a little quirky, but in a very good, smart way. You feel as if you are in the presence of a genius as she stops, thinks and tries to solve your problem. I sensed her empathy, her desire to find an answer. Her assistant, Cherlyann, then kept me up to date on various glass orders and fittings. And everyone else is super nice.

I've been coming here for years. Place keeps up to date with equipment and does a great job with eye exam. Where it falls down for me is needing or ordering glasses through them. They have the least selection of anyone in Mt. Pleasant. They also do not do a good job in ordering glasses if you decide to settle on a pair. They ordered with extra blue screen protection with out asking. Asked to have it removed and they reordered again with blue screen but lighter shade. Lose two points for not listening to customer.
