I went to this eye doctor back in November, received the WORST service I have ever received. The eye doctor was incredibly rude. He kept saying horrible things to me as well as insulting my mother. He was very forceful during the actual eye exam and didn't even give a full exam. He looked at one of my eyes and said the other one wasn't worth looking at. He then poured multiple different eye drops into my eyes as well as dialating them, which is dangerous with my condition. On top of the nightmare of an exam, afterwards when I was led out to look at the glasses I could hear BRIAN ROSENBLATT, talking trash about me loudly from across the room. For reference I have dyed hair. He critizied my looks constantly throughout the appointment as well as my intelligence. He also criticized my mothers parenting, and much more while I was still in their office. They are still charging me for this as well, even after calling their completely useless customer service line, which the service is just as bad. If you're thinking about going here, save yourself the time and don't. I won't be coming back here ever again.

Was sent here by My eye Dr in the Summerville office and when I showed up the Staff treated me as if I was a bother to them and wasn't suppose to be in there office. Explained to them that I was sent to this location per my Dr. I would definitely not refer this location to anyone who is looking for an Eye Dr here in the Charleston location. Customer Service Here truly SUCKS

Very professional & great customer service. I have seen Dr. Salvatore for several years. He explains fully during office visits. Sally is awesome and relatable. We always have good conversations. The location is 7643 Rivers Avenue N. Charleston SC.

I LOVE this eye doctor office!! Dr. Brian is amazing and very very knowledgeable. He's super personable as well! He gave me all the information needed for me to have great eye health. We had great conversation outside of vision too and I'm grateful I found him! Sally helped me in finding the perfect pair of glasses, she is really good at knowing what you'll love. 10/10 recommend this office!!!!!!!

I'm here visiting from out of state and broke my glasses. I'm a My Eye Dr. patient in Pennsylvania. I called at 3:15 on Friday and arrived at 3:45. (They close at 5) they took care of me right away and had the exact frame. They swapped out my lenses in the new frame and I was all set! Thank you thank you thank you! Great people and service!

I am the worst, I lost the cards of everyone I met at this location. I wish I could have called everyone out by name but literally everyone that was in the office the day of my appointment was phenomenal. I have never met a friendly and caring staff such as this. Through the years I have always been subject to long waits and then being rushed out, but not here. These folks not only accommodated a last minute appointment, they took the time to give me a thorough examination and made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I do not want to under value the friendliness and professionalism of the staff but I do need to highlight the fact that the doc was very friendly and the most professional I have ever experienced. I wish I saved his card but it was the guy from Jersey, he was awesome. Also, listen to the doc if he recommends the Bosch + Lomb Infuse, they are the best contacts I have ever had!

The ladies are fabulous and friendly, I checked in and was called back pretty quick, the Dr Was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I lost my glasses so they had to work from scratch and he was super quick to figure out my prescription and got me totally set. Cost was very reasonable for super cute frames and all the extras I wanted on my lenses and they even came in earlier than expected so I can see again! I will for sure be going back and taking my kids there as well!!! I super recommend!!!!!

I've needed to make an eye appointment for some time now, as a favor to a friend I picked up a pair of glasses from this location. I loved the positive atmosphere and warm greeting. At that time I immediately made my own appointment for an exam. I was not disappointed. The exam was easy and stress free. Sheryl and the front office staff helped me pick out a great looking pair of frames. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
