I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I loved that the place is pet-friendly--Zoe, their sweet dog, made the visit even better. The team was attentive, professional, and helped me navigate everything smoothly, including using my insurance. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed with my experience here. I arrived just 8 minutes late, within their "10-minute grace period". However, by the time they looked me up, I was considered 1 minute late and was turned away. It felt like they had overbooked appointments, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A little more flexibility or better scheduling would go a long way. Very frustrating when you make an appointment ahead of time and they are very inflexible so you get turned a way. I didn't receive a call or anything about this "10 minute grace period." Definitely won't be returning.

Pearle Vision in North Charleston Truly Cares! This Pearle Vision deserves BILLIONS of stars! My appointment was 4:00 PM but I came around 2:30. At 3 PM, they immediately accommodated me. The doctor who examined my eyes was very well- adept. He spoke to me with clarity ensuring that I understand everything. He let me asked questions and he generously answered them. KATE, one of the staff, is super accommodating. She talked to me with so much compassion and love. She never got exhausted addressing all my queries. Katie is very knowledgeable about eye or sun glasses and she definitely enjoys everything she does. She is a Mother and a friend who speaks with love and kindness. I am so touched by how she handled me throughout the process. Talking to her makes me feel so special and dignified. Katie is truly a blessing to this clinic. I must say this store is not just after of money or profit. The staff are genuinely committed to educating their customers and providing what we all deserve- QUALITY SERVICES. This makes this Pearle Vision worth patronizing! Lastly, their products are of good quality and prices are very reasonable. No hidden fees and charges are given to you in complete breakdown. Definitely NO REGRETS investing my health and money. By the way, I got my eye glasses after three days! Indeed, A PERFECT place for you!

I am happy to report that Pearle Vision in North Charleston is taking every precaution to ensure the safety of their customers during this Covid-19 Pandemic. This location has a wonderful, friendly and insurance knowledgeable staff. Their selection of eyeglass frames is Impeccable! There's something for everyone whether it's for children, sports, casual, dressy or High Couture Frames. This location also offers a large variety of contact lenses such as Air Optix Color Contacts, single focal, and Bausch and Laum Multi-Focal for stigmatism. The very best reason to shop here is to interact with Zoey the mascot. She truly enriches entire eyeglasses experience. More businesses should bless us with furry friends.

I have been going to Dr Lawver for years and went for my yearly eye exam yesterday and was told they're under new management and I have to either get my eyes dilated or pay for the eye scan that was not covered under my insurance. No one called to tell me this prior to my appointment and I drove myself so dilation wasn't an option. The girl at the check in desk was unprofessional and talking negatively about Dr Lawver. I love Dr Lawver but this new management is disgraceful making optional procedures mandatory to make money. Communicating with your patients is key to keeping patients happy. Gossiping office staff is unprofessional.

The moment I stepped into the store, the staff there treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. They displayed a level of customer service that was second to none. Though everyone was outstanding, there is one individual I would like to point out, and that is technician Cate. Her help with a second pair of glasses went above and beyond customer care. In my opinion, the glasses were a little too pricey; however, with the level of service they provided, it was well worth it. I will definitely be going there again. I recommend this location to anyone looking for eye care and/or eyewear. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!

We finally Got to meet Dr. Brandon Marshall. He was Wonderful and so was his Responsive, proactive, Polite and compassionate staff. Michelle was Amazing. She went over our services, insurance copays, etc. Any questions we had, in regards to coverage, add on for lenses or contact lenses she answered. Dr. Marshall performed a diabetic eye exam which is a more thorough version of a regular eye exam, specifically targeting diabetes-related damage, focusing intensely on the retina's blood vessels with tools like OCT and fundus photos, often requiring pupil dilation, to catch issues like retinopathy early, whereas a regular exam checks overall vision and common conditions, with dilation sometimes optional. The diabetic exam's goal is proactive management of vision loss from diabetes, often recommended annually. As a special treat, we got to meet and pet the 2 Corgies Pinkie and Lux who are wonderful at calming your nerves before the bill arrives. Dr. Marshall answered my questions and he took the time to explain conditions and treatments!! I highly recommend Dr. Brandon Marshall. 5 stars highly recommend Dr. Brandon Marshall. 5 stars
