A shout out to Sara at the Pickens office for all her help today in placing two different contact orders. A very pleasant experience last fall with Robert when purchasing glasses. The Secretary when I checked in was very pleasant, and Dr. Valerie was great. Team Pickens is a great place to go for all your eyewear needs and yearly checkup.

I have been struggling with my contacts for a couple years now and the doctor found me a new brand that has worked extremely well for me. It took me two other doctors to finally find one that had enough time for me and actually listened. Robert did an amazing job helping me find a nice pair of glasses that I now love and enjoy wearing. Sarah went above and beyond to help our daughter get into a last minute appointment with a fast referral. Thank you to the whole team at Pickens my eye dr.!

A wonderful experience all the way around. The front desk person was welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered questions about insurance and had prepared everything before I even got there. Dr. urban was professional and was able to figure out and explain why I had been having problems with my previous glasses. The optician was amazing! She was very good at finding glasses that fit my style and needs. Even though we tried about 6 frames, I ended up loving the first one she picked the best. Everyone was more than pleasant to be around. The whole environment was delightful.

I had a great experience for my first ever eye appointment. They were very helpful on what I needed.

Dr. Urban is wonderful and Sarah is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient when helping pick out frames/lenses.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with great respect and friendliness. Once checked in Sarah in the eyeglass area showed me around with kindness friendliness and respect and full of knowledge and answered all my questions. The eye doctor was very professional and thorough through the eye exam. She was very funny as well. We had some great laughs . They gave me a diabetic eye exam as well as a regular exam. Sarah helped me to figure out what eye glass frames I wanted and that was very helpful for me .I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would rate it a ten star if I could !

Customer service is outstanding! Everyone here is at the top of their game to make the experience pleasant and friendly. My glasses are great, the exam was thorough, and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my friends.
