I visited several other eye care providers in the area and left each time disappointed. Either young, inexperienced staff were handling the fittings, or the practices couldn't seem to get my prescription aligned with my glasses. After multiple attempts, one office even wanted to charge extra for additional fittings -- I left without glasses altogether. Then I found Eye Contact Vision Center, and everything changed. My experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. My eye exams are always pleasant, and my doctor takes time to educate me not only about my vision but also about other health indicators that can be detected through eye care. The fittings are spot-on, and the selection of glasses is fantastic -- some of the most stylish frames I've seen. And yes, I get my contacts here too, because my doctor truly understands my eyes and my needs. I highly recommend Eye Contact Vision Center -- they've earned my full trust and appreciation.

Never have I received such amazing care during a medical visit! Today was my new patient appointment and for the first time in my 25 years of needing eye care, I felt like I mattered. There was no rushing through the eye exam, Dr. Faust was so thorough and thoughtful. When it was time to check out, the kind woman that works the front desk explained my insurance coverage and helped me order a year's supply of contacts. After that, picking a new pair of glasses was like shopping in a high end boutique where you make an appointment with a personal shopper. Robert is so knowledgeable about frames and faces! He helped me pick a new pair of glasses that I'm actually excited to wear (fun fact: they are one of the few places that carry Gucci frames). If you're looking for better eye care, this is the place!

I received a very thorough exam and was completely satisfied with all the services I received. Dr Foust was helpful and explained in detail what he was doing as well as what I can expect as a senior patient. Robert and Dawn were excellent to work with and friendly and helpful. Best set of glasses as well as fitting I have had in over 35 years! We have found a new eye care center in Rock Hill.

I have seen Dr. Foust for many years. He genuinely cares for his patients. I trust him completely. Dawn is wonderful as well. I also order my glasses with Robert, and I trust him, and his knowledge. I recommend this office to everyone!

Wow , most thorough eye exam in my life and much appreciated! Dr Mark Foust took his time and explained every part of the tests as well as questions I had . I am very glad I set an appointment for annual exam . Very impressed how he did the tests himself as well . Staff at front desk was also very nice on phone setting appointment as well as in office . Office is very relaxing and professional. 5 stars for best eye exam experience ever , thank you!

Dr. Mark Foust is the absolute best contact lens eye doctor I've ever experienced! He is in a league all by himself when it comes to finding the perfect contact lens fit. He is patient and listened to all my past frustrations and concerns. I needed multifocal contacts lenses for my astigmatism and he 'hit it out of the park' - I'd give him 10 stars if that was an option. :)

They are very thorough, from the moment you walk in and are greeted! My eye exam was extremely thorough and comfortable, Next I picked out my frames from a wonderful selection! Two weeks later I received my eye glasses I'm extremely HAPPY !!
