Dr. Oliver and his office staff were so amazing with my 4yo daughter's first eye exam. She has so much fun and can't wait to see them next year. A smooth Dr appt with your child is always a win!

I was referred to this doctor from a FB page. My visit went smooth no problems. I had to pick out a pair of glasses since my prescription changed. None of the frames have prices on them them so be careful when picking a pair out. The young lady took my measurements and told me she would call when the frames were ready. I was told that they did not currently have a trial pair of contracts and that they would order them and give me a call when they were in. This is when all the problems started. They never called. I waited for over a month and then I called them! They said they still did not have my trial pair of contacts and my glasses were still not ready. I waited 2 more weeks and called again. They told me my glasses were ready, but they were still waiting on the contacts. When I went in to pick up the glasses , they told me that if they needed to be adjusted I would have to make an appointment. After waiting for almost a month and a half!! I think not. It is now 2 months later and I have still not received my trial pair of contacts. I have given up. They lady the keep connecting me too when I call is extremely rude. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else!

My family loves Dr. David! His bedside manner is amazing, he takes time to educate and ensures you understand. Much appreciative of the staff in the eye glass center and the front desk.

Friendly, locally owned practice that treats you like a neighbor, not a number. Dr. David treated me for chronic dry eye condition that is now managed. I feel like I'm getting the best care at Oliver Eye with thorough annual checkups

I have had Great Experience with Oliver ever since i switch my eye care to them 3 year ago. Office staff is great, D Oliver talks to you in a language that I understand about eye balls after taking pictures, He does not hurry in and out.

New patient. First visit, not bad. Needed contact lens change that was not in stock to test. I waited for a sample. Never heard anything. Called up several weeks later and the young lady said they were not in. Couple more weeks, I called because going on vacation. She was not in and I never got a call back. Weeks later, I went in and she said they weren't in. The doctor, can't remember his name, taller dark curly hair, walked by. She asked him and he recommended another strength until the correct ones come in. Finally got some, but they didn't last on vacation so I ended up in old glasses. Several months now. I went in, she was out, never a call back. Went in and asked for office manager, she was out, left message to call me. No call. Went in to just get prescription, doc walked in and asked how I was. I said "not good" and told him anymore I just want my prescription. He looked at me, had them print it, he signed it. I left. called, she wasn't in and I never got a call back.

I had a wonderful experience at this office on August 19, 2025. Despite reading some mixed reviews beforehand, my visit was nothing but positive. From the moment I checked in, everything went smoothly. I didn't have to wait to begin my eye tests, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. David Oliver was excellent, taking the time to explain details about my glasses prescription that I had never known before. I truly appreciated that I didn't feel rushed; every step of the exam was explained clearly and with care. As for the staff, I can only say great things. While some reviews mention concerns, my experience was the opposite, the staff were very polite, welcoming, and professional. Overall, I'm very happy I chose this practice for my appointment. I left feeling well cared for and confident in their service, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Definitely the best eye care service I have ever used. Professional, state of the art equipment and the friendly staff runs like a finely tuned unit. Wait times are minimal and the entire process keeps you feeling like the value person that you are.
