My name is Ginny Buchanan. I was greeted kindly when I entered the office and entered my information on a computer. The wait time before I was called back was approximately 5 minutes. I was taken to a room where my records and prescriptions were reviewed and a few preliminary assessments completed. The young lady was thorough and patient with me. I had a short wait in the hall before going onto the eye exame room where Dr. Miles did a very thorough exam , work professionally with her assistant, and answered my questions for clarification. Next I worked with a lady who was very good at picking out perfect frames for me. This was my first visit to this office and I will be returning. I highly recommend this office.

I had my first visit with Metrolina Eye yesterday & it was a great experience. I have to give a staff shoutout to Lexie. She was such a sweet nurse & humorous too. All eye exams done by her felt very thorough. Dr. Miles was also wonderful to talk to. She clearly explained all aspects and I felt quite comfortable with her. Another staff shoutout to Kayren in optical, she's hilarious and will help you find glasses that actually suit your face/personality. I'm really glad I made the switch to this practice.

I first met Dr Luke Peterson during the plandemic when he did cataract surgery on my wife. Their office made it a VERY smooth experience in those weird times. Dr Luke is very thorough, very easy to talk to. The whole staff at my Rock Hill SC office are very helpful and professional. The Tech that did my initial testing was VERY sweet and thorough, she explained everything as we went. She was very understading of my hearing problem too (forgot my hearing aids ) I would not trust my eyes anywhere else.

The Rock Hill staff were great, but the doctor never faced me when asking questions. That was rude. Look at me, so both of us can read facial expressions. I felt she didn't care about me as a patient. I was only another entry into her computer. I will not be returning to the Rock Hill location.

I have been in the Indian Land and Rock Hill offices in the last two months. Indian Land was a terrible experience that was not helpful in any way. I don't believe my chart was read. I tried to give the Rock Hill office the benefit of the doubt and hoped they could resolve the problem after cataract surgery. They also chose not to. After $25k from me and insurance, I thought someone would care. I was obviously wrong.
