VisionWorks has great customer service. The Optometrist that I used from another location (not VisionWorks) made a mistake in my prescription. VisionWorks helped me resolve the issue and sent the glasses back to have the lenses replaced. Highly recommend.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because I've had two very different experiences with customer service. I've been a loyal Visionworks customer for years--everyone in my household wears glasses, and we've consistently shopped here for frames and lenses. On this visit, we came in with my child to get new lenses and frames. The first associate we spoke with was very helpful and clearly explained our insurance coverage, pricing, and options--she made the process easy and pleasant. However, when we returned to pick up the new glasses last Friday 10/20/25 around 4-5PM, the associate on that shift was extremely rude. It felt like she wanted to get us out of the store as quickly as possible and that answering my questions was a favor. I simply asked about the cost of a second pair of glasses, and her attitude was unprofessional from the moment we walked in. I felt unwelcome and like I was being talked down to. Because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. This kind of behavior either shows a lack of patience or poor customer service skills, and it's disappointing from a business I've trusted for years. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. This is the third time I've come by during business hours only to find a handwritten sign on the door saying no one is there. A few days ago, the sign said they had an emergency and would be back at 3:00 p.m. Today I arrived at 1:30 p.m., and the sign said they would return at 2:00 p.m.--door locked, lights on and a customer is inside. While I was back in my car, someone finally opened the door. It turned out to be the general manager, April. Instead of greeting me professionally, she asked, "Can I help you?" in a very dismissive tone. I explained that my glasses were scratched. She immediately told me she couldn't help me. I then asked her to look up my account, and only after doing so did she realize my glasses were still under warranty and could be fixed. If I hadn't insisted, I would have walked away without knowing that my glasses were covered or that they could resolve the issue. Her attitude was unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in customer service. After multiple visits, locked doors, and poor communication, I'm very disappointed with this location and its management.

This Visionworks location is simply the BEST. Everyone is super sweet and knowledgeable, and they truly care about their customers. I had received a too-strong prescription (from an eye doctor unaffiliated with Visionworks), and I was met with nothing but patience and kindness as we worked together to figure out the best solution. I'll be coming here for my eye exams from now on! The store is clean, the staff is welcoming, and there is a wide variety of frames to choose from. In general, Visionworks is an excellent option if you're looking for accuracy and affordability. They always have some sort of deal on glasses, and they offer a 100-day guarantee for frame replacement -- if you don't love your frames, bring them back within 100 days to get them replaced at no cost!

Amazing customer service and time well spent! This was my first eye exam in years, and everything was explained clearly. The entire exam was a breeze. April was incredible she walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything. I'm so grateful to have found my new eye care home!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! 10 out of 10! EVERYONE there was polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. And I found a pair of glasses that did not make me look like a serial killer! THANK YOU APRIL FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

Second time using this location. Everyone is so nice, professional and personal. You can't beat there prices when you have no insurance coverage. The most reasonable price hands down. Would use them every year!!!

Felt like I was getting scammed when presented the prices. Only presented the most expensive option and it took several questions to find out there was an option $300 cheaper, but they still remained vague and wouldn't be clear about cost. I took my business elsewhere.
