I visited the Seneca Vision Center to get a quote for my new prescription. The older lady did not take the time to give me a decent quote. She didn't even offer to look @ what my coverage for my EyeMed eye insurance. Would be. I received an off the wall quote that was WAY TOO HIGH. I went to Anderson and the gentleman in the Vision Center took all my info, went into the computer to research & after thoroughly researching all the possibilities came up with a very reasonable quote. I will not be returning to WalMart Vision Center in Seneca.

I have not received an eye exam here recently, but did speak with an associate (not sure of her exact title) with lots of questions and concerns. Christina (hope I spelled that correctly) was incredibly kind and helpful!

Very disappointed with the quality of the glasses. The scratch resistance coating that was included is none existent or so poor that they became unusable after 4 months of normal use. Compared to Costco lenses that I have had for 2 years and are still in good shape but out of prescription. I did not pay for replacement insurance so I was not offered any guarantee compensation. Even with the insurance replacing lenses every 4 months is not an acceptable solution.

I took my Mom for her appointment w Dr Lucas, I didn't observe the Dr wash her hands and she was not wearing gloves, I did not observe them sanitize the equipment at all(they may have before we came, although I did not see them do as we were leaving either)and then the Dr proceeded to touch my Moms face before I could even stop her. The staff on the Drs side were cordial but defiantly not overly friendly. The Walmart Vision side was a different story, extremely kind and friendly ladies and sat down face to face and explained everything to my Mom in a way she could understand.

I've always been treated very well by those that work in the Seneca store they have help me when I made purchases to get the right fit some months later I lost a screw and couldn't find one in a repair kit that would fit and they fixed me right up no charge and made sure the fit was still good. Then one time I stepped on one pair while working on my car got bent all out of shape they straightened them up fitted them to me again and no charge again.

I'm literally sitting here waiting on my prescription glasses not being helped while you got one lady at her desk doing nothing. Service is terrible I only come here cause they are dirt cheap!!!! Smh
