Exceptional! My daughter and I have been patients of Dr Bopp's for 2 years now. We had a very bad (and expensive) experience at another eye glass provider in Simpsonville and found Eyecare Center through my VSP vision insurance. I am so glad I did! The staff is so sweet, the office is clean and up-to-date, the doctor is very thorough (even re-checked my Rx after dilation to be sure it was correct). I got 1 pair of basic glasses (lenses and frames) for $150. Just ask for the package deal :) Would highly recommend!

My experience with Eye Care Center can only be explained as excellent! From ease of making my appointment, professional, personal attention by entire office staff, explanation of each procedure and how it works, assistance with choosing frames and telling you approximately when your glasses will be ready. They made me feel as if I was the only patient they had with their one-on-one attention. Dr. Bopp, Lynette and Lisa made me realize there are, still, honest, kind and caring people in the world. I highly recommend Doctors Vision Center, Simpsonville, SC, for your next eye exam and I know, your will return again and again for your eye care needs.

The woman working the front desk is rude beyond belief. She told me I couldn't be seen because I didn't have a number I needed but she wouldn't tell what number I needed that I needed to get a hold of my HR person. I said ok and started to leave and she proceeds to scream out the door "if you leave you'll be charged 50 bucks". I left anyway and I won't go back, and it's for company paid glasses so they are free and still not worth it. I would gladly pay the 200 dollars out of pocket just to never have to go back there again.

Worst Doctor's office with rude staff. They didn't honor an appointment that was scheduled due to a "misunderstanding" and then rudely hung up the phone before we could complete the conversation. Staff did nothing to accommodate us or reschedule. Highly do not recommend this practice.

Very easy to work with, great staff. Enjoyable experience from start to finish.
