Doctor and tech were good but my appt time was at 8:30 it took at least 25 min to be seen for the first round of stuff going on and to get my eyes dilated. I wasn't seen by the doctor until 10:10. Another 5 min and I was going to walk out.
There was also some inter office drama about some new tablet system which they were squabbling about....... I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SYSTEMS!!!! I own a small business and have things to do figure that stuff out on your own time!

Carolina Eye Care is a great speciality eye care facility. They have great employees and Dr. Jonathan Brugger is tops. He is very knowledgeable in the area of cataracts, glaucoma, and laser surgery, among other issues. I hold him in high regard and highly recommend him for his expertise in eye care.

Office seemed well equipped to handle my vision issues, which apparently will require a shot in my eye. I've got reservations with things getting stuck in my eyes, let alone a needle. I felt pressured way above my comfort level to do it right there on the spot with no mental prep or education at least on what really happens for this procedure. I could tell the doctor felt upset that I asked to put this off for a bit while I figured things out. Almost like he lost the sale of a car.

I am from Florida visiting in Moncks Corner and my problem came on very quickly. I called my eye surgeon at home in Melbourne to ask for a recommendation but they did not know of any one in South Carolina but I needed to see a specialist ASAP. So I just randomly called one and I seem to have picked correctly. They were vey responsive to my needs and got me in with Dr. Brugger quickly and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to schedule my surgery ASAP. While I haven't yet had the surgery as of yet (it is tomorrow morning) I am very confident and comfortable with Dr. Brugger. He and the whole staff at this company are vey friendly and make you feel very good about the care you are getting. I don't feel that I could have made any better choice in eye care professionals.
