Although I was referred to them by the Veterans Administration they took the time and treated me like I was one of their regular patients valued my time with the utmost respect. As a first time client I felt there should have been more directions giving after your initial exam, they didn't give any steps after your examination as to getting your prescription, she took my money but that was it, I had ask her to write down my next appointment she didn't, I had to ask her again.
and afterwards going to the desk getting them to write your prescription, you have to ask for your PD to be applied, I actually left the office and had to go back too ask for these things to be done. They need a little more communication. Other than that it was a good visit.
