I have always gotten glasses at big-box retailers without issue. This, however was a great experience. Dr. Wendy was extremely thorough. I never felt rushed and with my diabetes, that was refreshing. Katherine was also thorough in helping me choose frames and get the right fitment. Great over all experience!

They did a nice job with my glasses and the price was better than I paid at other stores. My only issue is that the store can get very busy because they only have 2 people working there. And of course when I went they waited on people who came in after me before they waited on me even though we all signed in when we entered. If it's really busy I would recommend coming back another time or going somewhere else.
