I needed to have my eyes checked and made an appointment with Donna for me and my daughter. When we entered the office, we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles that immediately gave us the feeling of visiting a group of friends more than going to a doctor's office. We were a little early for our appointment, so Cate walked us through picking out frames while we waited. She explained the different technology, options available, where a few frames were manufactured then found the perfect frame for us that fell nicely within my budget. Dr. Schultz is clearly a man who loves what he is doing and enjoys meeting new people. It didn't take long for him to find a quick connection between us, build a rapport, and use that as a foundation to explain what was going on with my eyes, wrote the appropriate prescription and his staff took care of the rest. At the end of my visit, I had to question if I knew everyone for less than a hour or a few years. Without question, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to Dr. Schultz for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. My family has followed him from a few other practices and his friendliness and willingness to work with you will continue to make him the only eye doctor we will see.

The crazy thing is I never actually got a chance to go here. I filled out a form on their website for an appointment. 1 week passed and no one called me to confirm an appointment with me. I gave them a call and the front desk person is not very good at her job. I think her name is tiffany. I explained how I filled a form out online and never got a call. She never apologized about it just dove right in asking me questions to book the appointment. She ended up getting my information mixed up as if she was not listening. So that was super frustrating as she had to call me back saying that something was wrong. It was just she had the info completely wrong. 2 weeks later I ended up missing my appointment by a half hour which I take full accountability for as I over slept. I called them immediately asking if there was anyway they could squeeze me in maybe in the next few days. Nope. This place appointments are 2 weeks out or more. I decided to call somewhere else and was able to get an appointment the same day. Wont try this place again.

Dr. Schultz is not only knowledgeable, but he is also enthusiastic about his job. I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years and believe I have found my optometrist for life. The prices are also very reasonable.

Service is great. But if you have allergies to strong scents, this is not the place for you. They keep the office flowing with very strong plugins. That is my only draw back with going there.

Had a very pleasant visit. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable doctor. Was very impressed with the way they handled a misunderstanding, and feel well cared for as a patient.

My son went there .for the first time.everyone was so friendly. The eye dr.my son said was so awesome..made him feel.so comfortable. Said he really liked him.what a great place.

Would not recommend. Schedule appointment 2 weeks in advance. Jst to be told after taking off of work and be 10 mins away before my appointment that I would have to rescheduled. Thanks for wasting my time.
