This is a very good medical practice with helpful and dedicated employees. I've been coming here for a least five years and have been treated very well by all. I really like Pam in the exam area where she prepares me to see Dr. Itharat. He does a very professional exam and makes clear recommendations for treatment. I'm very happy going here!!!!

Dr Itharat is the best for eye exam and cataract surgery. I have been his patient for a couple of years and recently had cataract surgery all with fantastic results ! Now 20/20 couldn't ask for a better outcome !

I went to Dr. Itharat August 2025. He said I had a bad cataract in the right eye. He scheduled me for August surgery. His office called an changed the date to sept. 8. They changed August 8th date to the 18th of Sept 2025. I went in person to verify date and time a week before surgery. His office said 3 pm. I veried the time and date with the surgery center in Ladson, they said 3pm.How bout the day of surgery, his secretary called me 1PM asking me where am I ? I replied im on my way for my 3 pm surgery. She said You missed your surgery. Your time for surgery is 1 PM. I said what,!?!? Your office workers said 3. Yesterday . I went in person the day before and both offices said 3pm. I think he has picks for patients to get those good reviews. I wont send my dog!!! Be ware. V. Hampton

Excellent. Professional, courteous and very knowable . Very confident with Dr. Pray Itharat M.D., his Staff and Administration. The facility is also immaculate and beautifully kept.

Very impressed with Dr Itherat and his staff. He is thorough but efficient. His staff is lovely too. I went as a patient and I took my 90 yo father as a patient too. We drove from Daniel Island and well worth the trip. Highly recommend!

DR Prat Itharat, is a very good, no nonsense physician. Some rules that are made for his office seem harsh at first. However, they are exactly like other doctors you have been to, just enforced to the letter! So Don't be late! He never orders unnecessary tests or untimely procedures. Today, he was actually concerned with my husband missing work to drive me to my appointment and went out of his way to give the best possible time to return! He will never know how much we appreciated it! The office staff is wonderful too! I Highly recommend his services.
