Summerville Pediatric Eyecare

NOT kid friendly. Office consists of 2 very small rooms inside serendipity labs. Was certainly expecting way better than what we got. Rooms are extremely small. No waiting area when other patients come in the office. I was told glasses would be back for my son in 2 weeks and we are working on almost 4. I paid for shipping to my house and it wasn't made clear that they are mailed to the office and then mailed to me from the office. Had I known that I would have just picked the up from the office to expedite the process. I felt as if the exams were very rushed. They definitely need a better set up than they have not. Seems unprofessional.

Ten stars! Excellent staff all around, very attentive and flexible. My children all loved the playroom, Definitely recommend! And also the have a person who speaks Spanish!!!

The office was clean, organized, and kid friendly! The staff was extremely kind and patient. The doctor was amazing, even her tone of voice was soothing and her ability to communicate effectively with my kids was awesome! This will definitely be our eye doctor of choice! They also notified me that they are now seeing adult patients too and I went ahead and made myself and my husband and appointment for next week!

I would never put myself through this type of experience ever again. To me, worst experience ever Glasses took six weeks to come back. Nobody in that hallway Office was able to give me accurate updates on why I was told it takes two weeks for his glasses to come back and it turned out to be six weeks. This was the worst experience I've ever had when it came to my kids. I want the best for them and this was not in no way close to the best. so it is my job to protect my kids from anything even places like this. I hope they make some changes soon not only with the six-week wait the communication with the patient, the welcoming of a new patient and I don't see a pediatric atmosphere at all. They need a building of their own because it looks like this hallway office space is in a building with a lot of other companies and you have to look up and down and all around for this place. I will never do this again. The doctor doesn't even smile or be playful with the kids, but this is a pediatric facility.

Absolutely amazing experience here! My little(4 months old) rascal scratched his eye, and the staff got me in to see the doctor within hours due to the urgent nature of our visit. Everything on staff was lovely, and the doctor was quick, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be returning here for our regular eye-care needs when my son turns 3. 10/10

This was my daughter and I first time visiting Summerville Pediatric Eye Care. We were so impressed with the whole staff from the time we got there until the time we left! We both had smiles on our faces because they helped my daughter pick out some beautiful glasses to make her confident in wearing them. Thank you so much to you all !! I would highly recommend this place!!!

We were able to get an appointment within one week, appt only took 30min for exam and to choose classes. They had the BEST selection of kids (and even adult/teen glasses) in the funnest colors and styles! Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff at Summerville Pediatric Eyecare have always been super nice and professional. Appointments are easy to make and time efficient. We've never waited too long. It's always been in and out. The new location is nice and easy to get to. Dr. McCartney always makes my son smile and he really enjoys his check ups. Thanks to Jasmine at the front desk for always being so nice! I would definitely recommend Summerville Pediatric Eyecare to anyone who's looking for excellent care of their children's eyes!
