Gary Bodofsky, OD

Have had issues every time we have gone. The girl in the office forgot to order my son's glasses, she didn't even remember seeing him and we went on the same day so she blamed the other girl in the office. My glasses are off and I took them back 3 times because I can't see out of the bifocals. She said I needed to wear them and get used to them because my prescription changed. I asked to order another pair and she refused. She said if I wanted a different pair I would pay out of pocket. The lens she said were over $400. I said I can't see out of them to which she said you just don't like them and now you don't want them. I said they are way to big and uncomfortable and I can't see. She was like to bad you're stuck with them. They do not refund any of your money! I took the glasses to another eye doctor who checked the lens and she agreed the lens are off and the measurements are wrong and one lense is lower than the other which is why I can't see out of the bifocals. I took them back and told the girl in the office that another doctor verified the lens were wrong and it wasn't in my head. She again refused to make this right, no refund, no let's fix the glasses just to bad! This girl is so rude and has no idea what she is doing and she has absolutely no customer service and she needs fired! I would not recommend this office. I am calling BBB and disputing the charges. I should not have to pay for glasses that were made wrong and I can't see out of. This is very bad business!!!

This business is only out for your money. Had contact exam that was almost 250.00 & was given a prescription for multi vision contacts but he also gave me my regular contact sample. After - month I was not happy with them and wanted my regular prescription which he had when I paid. They told me I had to pay for another exam to get the new script. The girl was nasty & lied & said they don't keep records of my last exam. Ok yeah sure you don't, they are in computer. Rip Off

Was very nice, but, selection of medicaid glasses not very large, and I had to make another appointment for "tests". Why not just have it all done at once without making another trip? Plus the medicaid glasses choice is hideous.

My fiance and I recently went to Dr. Bodofsky's office in Conway, SC. It was our first visit and we were very pleased with the doctor and staff. They were very friendly and ready to serve us on the spot. Also, Dr. Bodofsky was very professional and informative about our concerns. We will be returning again and highly recommend them!

I was disappointed with the practice. The Dr. never checked my eyes to see about Cataracs, a big concern I had. He never dilated them either even though I signed the consent to have it done. He only wanted to sell me glasses.

This office is phenomenal. I had an eye injury and I feel confident in saying he was excellent in my care. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. He does things right

This staff , his equipment coupled with the years of experience this Dr. has made my first experience so comfortable and past visits as genuine. I highly recommend !!

We are very happy with this practice and glad to have found Dr Bodofsky- he is thorough and kind and the staff is very helpful
