I must say that my experience with the staff at Walmart Vision Center was exceptional! Beth went above and beyond my expectations with a problem I had with my glasses. She took the time to fix a problem with much patience and determination! Thanks to the entire staff for their professionalism!

I have used the vision center here for years now. The eye doctor is Very patient and kind to my kids, even when they have wiggle attacks. He's also very thorough, making sure to check and verify everything. We have also ordered glasses from here a number of times and they always come in on time and correct. They also call right away to let me know when the glasses arrive and take their time adjusting them before we leave.

Went to the center in Greer and had a great experience. My prescription was expired so he told me to drive to the one in Taylor's for an exam because they take walk ins. Drove there and was informed they do not take walk ins and they would not see me. Called the one in Greer and again were very nice and helpful so I will wait until their optometrist is back and have my exam there. Would not recommend the Taylor's location.

Walmart Vision Center in Taylors has been our go-to place for several years for all our family's eyeglass needs (3 adults). Taylors Walmart Vision Center is strong on their customer service, knowledge of the field, consistency of staff, and general enjoyment of their jobs. Recently, there was a question regarding our doctor's eyeglass prescription; we were encouraged to consult with our doctor's office in order to save us some hassle perhaps later; things were clarified and everyone left very happy -- thank you! Becky, in particular, is a joy. Her patience and commitment to the customers are very evident.

My wife and I have been going to the Vision Center located in the Taylors Walmart for many years. Becky, Bill and Lynn always go above and beyond with their service. My wife has been struggling with a new prescription and they have been more than helpful as she has needed to navigate through bi, tri and multi focal lenses to find what works for her. Their customer service, knowledge and patience are the reasons we continue to come back to this location. Five Stars is not enough. In a time where dedication and service is so important and hard to find they are truly an asset. Great job!!!!

The staff is so nice and friendly. They gave me a trial pair of contacts to try out for a day or two. Once I tried them I realized I didn't really care for that type of contact, I gave them a call and they had no problem getting me in that day to find me something that I like better. Excellent customer service!
