America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an amazing time at America's Best on Augusta Rd. Each team member on duty was incredibly helpful. Ariel had really great energy and made the eye exam room a welcoming environment. I had an amazing time with the manager and the young lady who helped me try on my glasses. I'd like to see this location with an optometrist in the near future. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Thanks for helping me get new glasses. After getting my exam at another eye dr only to find out they are out of network (when they were previously, probably my fault for not checking and just assuming I was still in network), America's Best helped me out. I will be returning to them in the future for my eye exams and glasses needs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I came here for the first time and am really unimpressed. I gave them previous prescriptions and have never had astigmatism, when they had me look at the chart the letters were blurry, only showed me 1 other options, and gave me a prescription with astigmatism in it. I've also worn contacts for years and was told they don't carry them so I would have to come back to pick them up. After pick up they told me I'd have to wait another week before I can get the prescription and when I asked about changing the glasses they didn't answer. So now this is at least 3 trips just to get a contact rx that I've worn for 20 years. This may be the worst and most impersonal exam. I wouldn't recommend to anyone nor will I be coming back. You can get better care elsewhere.

The employees greeted me upon arrival with a smile and were very professional in assisting me with my new glasses. This location 2337 Augusta Rd West Columbia is the BEST America's Best I have been served in my 13 years of shopping America's Best. Thank you it was a pleasure. Melody B.

I have to give where credit is due. The Ladies and Gentlemen that work at this location are above and beyond great representatives of Americas Best. Ms Laura specifically, went out of her way to help me get comfortable with the transition to contact lenses. The other employees and herself are always willing to help anytime I call with a question. It was a pleasure to go to America's Best, they were courteous, friendly and very professional. They were very helpful in getting me glasses. Would recommend them to everyone

The doctors there at America's best went above and beyond for the care of my eyes and myself I would recommend anyone and everyone using them they're amazing and the staff there also amazing they're always so kind and courteous and they look out for every patient. Long story long I went for a visit to get my contacts and glasses back in June 20 25 and the doctor found a piece of plaque in the back of my eye and consulted with several other doctors before coming to me with our prognosis and Stop the exam and sent me immediately to the OR Because she was worried I had a blockage in my neck or somewhere of that nature, but thanks to her and her findings and how much attention she paid to detail I now actually know I have some other underlying health conditions, such as having to have heart surgery to have a whole closed, having some blockages and other spots And a lot of other things and I just went back to get contacts and classes and I am thoroughly impressed.

Everything went well until I had to deal with the financial representative. I had a virtual appointment with the eye doctor, which wowed me, never experienced it before. Anyways, back to the financial representative, told me my insurance didn't cover but the eye examination. Got me confused now, when it clearly states frames are covered, up to 200.00. Representative, telling me I had to pay the 200+. Then he goes on to say, my insurance will only cover my eye examination. All i can say is the lies. I've never paid for frames ever, using the same insurance I used at your business. I'll take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed
