I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for over 10 years, my children have transitioned from being her patients as children to adults. This year I saw Dr. Martin and was absolutely thrilled with her as well. When each doctor cares as much as their mentor it makes for an incredible practice as a whole. We would never go anywhere else. I have 100% trust in Dr. Davis and now Dr. Martin as well. It is never rushed, they take their time, they listen, they explain, they are kind, funny and advocates for your health. If only all doctors approached their practices the way Dr. Davis has!

My family and I had an exceptional experience at the facility. The premises were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and hospitable. I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to alleviating my five-year-old daughter's anxiety during her initial eye examination. The process was remarkably swift, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Vision Therapy Institute to anyone seeking similar services.

This office and staff are great. They have been seeing my 17 yo son for years, and I just brought in my 10 yo for their fantastic services. I recommend this clinic to anyone with eye care needs. My boys enjoyed the in house coffee bar at the sunset office.

I had a wonderful experience at this practice. All of the care team was kind, friendly, and competent. My provider Dr. Creekmore is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. My Optician is Jamie Victorino and she is warm, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend this practice to others, especially to people like me who hadn't been to an eye doctor in many years. I received my first pair of glasses from here and months later I am still enjoying them! (The Calvin Klein combo glasses and sun shades is a great pair of glasses!) This is a great practice to go to for excellent care.

I personally have been seen by eye doctors annually for close to 20 years. I almost never stick to the same place for various reasons - could be new insurance, cheaper options, customer service, or not having appointments available. But this office, I think I'll stick with seeing them annually! I called to make an appointment knowing they would be booked out weeks in advance, but they weren't! I was able to get the ideal day and time I wanted. I arrived early to complete paperwork and was called back promptly at my appointment time. The nurse, doctor, and staff were very friendly. I always refuse the dilation if I can, due to how long it lasts on me. But this doctor explained the benefits of dilation and that they can actually give me half strength of the drops. That was soooo much better! I was given contact samples to try (which is standard) but the Dr wants me to come back in 1 week to check everything out. I've never had a doctor have availability for that, or care to take that step. Overall I had a great experience and felt like the doctor listened to me as well as being very thorough.

Just recently completed my 10-week vision therapy with Brittney. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she provided me. When I first started, I was experiencing constant low-grade dizziness after suffering a concussion and whiplash which was quite debilitating. My eyes just weren't syncing properly with my brain. Some days were OK, other days not so much. Through unwavering patience, professionalism, and empathy, Brittney helped begin my recovery. She was very cognizant and knew when to tweak plans to better accommodate my current situation. After working with her for 10 weeks, my condition has significantly improved and I can go back to my busy, fast-paced lifestyle. I know for a fact I would not be able to do these things without Brittney's help. She is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable in her field, and a great asset to the Institute. I also need to thank Dr. Martin for her care and attention as well. The team at Vision Therapy Institute are great. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

The optometrists are good, especially Dr. Davis. Billing is a pain. They charge $50 per child just to make an appointment, which they said would be applied to our bill but the bill doesn't show it. Then they bill you in full even though you have insurance, and our insurance says they paid them also. But we still don't have a credit? It was over $900 for 2 eye exams and 2 pairs of glasses for our kids. We have medical and vision insurance. The eye exams were covered by insurance but they made us pay for them also. Then the next day they called us and said we still owed another $100 that they forgot to bill us. We are going to have to look for another pediatric optometrist to go to. Appointments take forever to be called back even. Our EOB came from insurance on 12/4 saying it was paid and on 1/12 they made us pay the $100 they "forgot" to charge. So apparently it takes months for vision therapy to process. I emailed asking for an itemized bill and waiting to see if i get one. Also my daughter's glasses slide to the end of her nose so she looks over the top. Took her back Monday and they "fixed" then but they're still sliding right down. A pain to drive 45 minutes each way for nothing.

I have been a patient at Vision Therapy for many years and they have always taken care of me! Within the last few years my children have also become patients and the experience is always welcoming, inviting, and family oriented. I cannot remember everyone's names but I will say EVERY SINGLE staff member has treated us with the same love and kindness!!!! They truly go ABOVE & BEYOND even when I am indecisive & scatter brained with 3 children being seen at once. They were even helping me keep an eye on the toddler while the other two picked out glasses. Listen top teir service!!!!! Awesome patience with the PATIENTS lol truly caring staff!!!!!
