As a college student, I could get all my information transferred from my other eye doctor very quickly. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. 20/20 tries to get you the best product at a reasonable cost. Every employee I met, from my eye doctor appointment to picking out my glasses and weeks later getting them fitted, was consistently kind and friendly.

I got prescription glasses and the glare was really bad and I took the glasses back and they ladies upfront were absolutely great and nailed the issue after that I paid for Sun glasses and now I've taken them back now three times and I can't see long distance with them on so I bring up the issue and was told maybe polarized versus tint is better well that was never brought up and now they want play the victim when I paid over 300.00 for the sunglasses that's unprofessional. Great doctors and staff but was mislead and I starting to realize it's all about the money and not the clients! Find a better place that goes above and beyond this place is absolutely pathetic.

We are so thankful for Dr. Wyatt and his staff at 20/20 Family Vision! Our whole family sees Dr. Wyatt for all of our vision needs. We have two children--2 years and 10 months-- and we always feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident that we are in the very best hands. From contacts, to glasses, to eye health, to routine visits, he's the best at it all. He is always very willing and patient to answer all of our questions and address any concerns, rather than rushing us out the door.

Everyone needs to check out Dr. Wyatt at 20/20 Family vision!!! Dr. Wyatt is absolutely amazing, and has completely changed my vision! Not only does he take his time during exams to make sure I get perfect and clear vision, but he also has relieved me of my headaches, blurred, and double vision that I have had for years. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Wyatt, and am extremely happy he joined a great team of doctors and staff! I'm excited to book my next exam in their beautiful new location!

My mother and I just recently started using 20/20 vision and Dr. Nash-Keller is an excellent doctor and explains everything so well. I would give a five star if it weren't for the shorter lady that works up front and sometimes takes you back for the eye exam. She acts like she absolutely hates her job. She is so rude and let's not ever ask her about insurance because that really makes her angry. Several people have told us about the unprofessional attitude she has and we should have believed it. My mother felt so uncomfortable asking her questions because she didn't want her head bit off. I would like to say maybe she was having a bad day but it's everytime we go in. She is definitely not a people person.
